To enter forms part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. By acknowledging the terms and
conditions check box, all entrants hereby accept these terms and conditions. By entering the competition,
participants are automatically subscribed to receive all marketing from The Promoter.
2. The competition commences on 15 December 2016 at 10.00am Eastern Standard Time (EST) and concludes on
14 April 2017 at 11.59pm EST (Promotional Period).
3. All entrants must be Australian residents only aged eighteen (18) years or over (Eligible Entrant).
Employees, agents and Directors of the Promoter, or any interested parties or agencies associated with the
competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the competition.
How to Enter
4. To enter the competition, an Eligible Entrant must during the Promotional Period purchase any one or more
packets of UNIBIC ANZAC biscuits (300 grams) in a single transaction, then go online to
www.unibicanzacbiscuits.com.au/competition and enter their details, including name, contact information and
product purchase verification details.
5. Eligible Entrants must retain proof of purchase.
6. Eligible Entrants may enter once per qualifying product purchase. The Promoter may at any time request an
Eligible Entrant provide evidence of product purchases.
Prizes
7. One Eligible Entrant will win $10,000 cash, payable by electronic funds transferto the winner’s nominated bank
account.
8. The winning entrant will be drawn using Draw My Comp at 10am EST on 17 April 2017 at 71 Dickens Street,
Elwood Victoria 3184.
9. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
10. The winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s website

draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified via the email
address supplied on their entry form and published on the Promoter’s website
www.unibicanzacbiscuits.com.au/competition 2 business days after the re-draw date.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
12. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that e ntry into the
Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s
identity, age and place of residence and proof of purchase) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry
that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and
omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
