"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants must be active members of The Club.
Entrants must be able to attend the prize event on the date specified by the Promoter, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from this event.
Entry is only open to residents of Queensland.
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, entrants must be directed by a telephone exchange provider to the specific station in that state of broadcast when calling the station competition line.
Entrants can enter once only.
1. To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period, either:
(a) Be a long term active member of The Club (must have became an active member prior to 31 December 2016)
(Loyal Member); OR
(b) Be a new active member of The Club (must have either become an active member since 1 January 2017 OR sign up to be a member of The Club during the Online Registration Period by visiting the Website, following the prompts, and then confirming their membership by following the link in the confirmation email sent to the entrant’s registered email address) (New Member).
2. For each Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day:
(a) The Promoter will hold draws in accordance with the Draw Details to determine two (2) Loyal Member Finalists and
two (2) New Member Finalists (Finalists).
(b) The Promoter will announce the full names and suburbs of the four (4) Finalists on air.
(c) The first Finalist to call through on the station competition line following the announcement will win the Major Prize. The other three (3) Finalists will not receive a prize. If none of the Finalists call through within 30 minutes, no prize will be given away in that Contesting Segment.
Draw Method: Random computer selection
Number/type of draws: 45 x draws to determine Loyal Member Finalists and 45 x draws to determine New Member Finalists (total 90 x draws to determine Finalists)

The first two valid entries randomly drawn in each draw will be determined as Finalists and will be required to participate as per the Entry Procedure to be in the running for the Major Prize. Non-winning entries do roll over into subsequent draws. There is a limit of one prize per person.
All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability or as otherwise specified.

If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
Winner/s will be notified via phone at the time of/immediately after winning.
Prize Claim Date & Time: 9 June 2017 at 4pm AEST
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details, or to another valid entrant who subsequently enters this Promotion or another Promotion conducted by the Promoter.
