a) Entrants [and their companion/s] must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be able to take the prize and attend the event on Saturday 18th March 2017 and be available to travel between Saturday 18th March 2017 -Sunday 19th March 2017 if the Entrant resides in an state other than Victoria. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their entry.
c) Entrants must have their social media profiles set to ‘public’ or viewable by the public in respect of any material submitted as part of their entry.

There will be two (2) entry options for this promotion.
Each day between Monday 27th Feb – Friday 3rd March 2017, Hughesy & Kate will reveal a daily fashion theme (for example, Tuesdays Shoesday) Entrants can go online and register their details and upload a photo on the station website or upload a photo to social media using the relevant hashtag #HKmodelLyf and at tagging @hughesyandkate.
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials pre-
show and solicits in show during Hughesy & Kate to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form by providing their contact details and by uploading a photo which reflects the fashion theme of the day as mentioned by Hughesy & Kate within the time period specified on each day;
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry/photo it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified. The prize may be awarded on or off air. One person each day will be deemed the winner for that day and will receive a prize.
Social Media entry:
During the Competition Period
(a) listeners will be invited to via Station on-air commercials to visit the Hughesy & Kate Twitter or Instagram page and upload an original photo/video/Boomerang which highlights the fashion theme of the day with the hashtag #HKmodelLyf and by tagging @hughesyandkate.
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified and that entrant will receive a prize.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form or social post
and include a different photo/video, however entrants may only win one major prize each.
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour and how well it relates to the theme of the competition
There are up to five (5) prizes to be won, as follows: Up to Three (3) x Victorian Winners
Prize: valued at up to $1,000 (inc GST)
Up to Two (2) x Interstate winners (outside of Victoria) Prize: valued at up to $2,000 (inc GST)

16: Prize Claim and Delivery
Prize/s must be claimed by Friday 3rd March 2017 3:30pmAEDST Winners who do not answer their phone when contacted or claim their prize by this time will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.
The major prize will be provided to the major prize winners by the prize provider, Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival.
17. Special conditions
Travel
Travel must be taken on the date to be specified by the Promoter/ is subject to black-out period as specified by the Prize Provider. If a winner and travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel during these dates or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
The winner (and their travelling companion) is responsible for all other expenses not listed above including but not limited to meals (other than those specified), incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, phone calls, gratuities, optional activities and excursions, freight, excess baggage, ground transport, visas, spending money, travel insurance and all transfers, including travel costs to and from their closest capital city airport if the winner is from a regional area. A credit card imprint may be required at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
All prize travel will be subject to the carrier’s General Conditions of Carriage. The Promoters and carrier make no representations as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. By entering this Competition, and by collecting the prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
The Promoter strongly recommends that all winners take out travel insurance and consult the

By entering this competition, Entrants agree that:

For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
