Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 21 years or older.
Entrants must be able to attend hit105’s Vegas Roulette Party on Friday 31 March 2017 (location TBC) (the “Event”) and, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from this event.
Entrants must have a valid Australian Passport, no criminal record and be able to travel to the USA between Monday 3 April 2017 and Sunday 9 April 2017.

Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Online Registration Period, either:
(a) visit the Website, register their details and answer the questions as specified by the Promoter at the point of entry; OR
(b) if they are an existing active Hit VIP member, complete a survey by following the link provided in Hit VIP member email sent to the entrant’s registered email address and answer the competition questions as specified by the Promoter at the end of the survey.
Throughout the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will judge entries to determine Minor Prize Winners. The Promoter may call Minor Prize Winners on air to award them their prize.
All Minor Prize Winners must attend the Event to be in the running for the Major Prize. Prior to the Event, the Promoter will have judged the entries of all Minor Prize Winners to determine one (1) Major Prize Winner.
The Promoter will announce the Major Prize Winner at the Event.

Travel must take place on the dates specified by the Promoter. Exact dates are to be confirmed, but are approximately Monday 3 April 2017 and Sunday 9 April 2017.
The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the Prize Provider. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, additional transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. Unless otherwise specified, the winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any travelling companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter makes no representations about the travel destination or government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
Major Prize Winner and their travel companion will require an approved ESTA Visa Waiver to gain access to the United States in order to redeem the Major Prize. Anything that may lead to an ESTA not being approved (such as a banned Dual Nationality Passport, Criminal Conviction or similiar) will lead to the Major Prize Winner being deemed ineligible for the Major Prize.
If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
Minor Prize Winners will be notified via phone at the time of/immediately after winning. Major Prize Winner will be notified in person at the Event.
Prize Claim Date & Time: At the time of notification.
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details.
Major Prize Winner and their travel companion will the chaperoned by a hit105 staff member during travel in Las Vegas, and will be required to communicate with the Promoter and be filmed and recorded during their travel in Las Vegas, for use by the Promoter on air and online.
Major Prize Winner and their travel companion will be required to complete performance releases before redeeming the Major Prize.
