5. Main Event:
(a) All entries received during the Promotion Period will also go into a draw for a chance to attend an envelope selection event (Main Event). The draw will be conducted by random electronic draw at 11.30am on 12 April 2017 at 117 Wellington St, St Kilda VIC 3182.
(b) The first three valid entries drawn will win an invitation to the Main Event (Invitees). Invitees will be contacted by phone or email within two days of the draw. Three further entries will be drawn as contingency Invitees. The promoter may require Invitees to send an email with a photograph of their proof of purchase for verification purposes.
(c) The Main Event will take place on 5 May 2017 in Melbourne. If an Invitee does not claim their chance to win by 26 April 2017, the promoter may disqualified them and choose a replacement Invitee from the next contingency Invitee drawn.
(d) If an Invitee lives outside Victoria they will be provided two return economy class airfares to Melbourne, Victoria departing from their nearest capital city, up to the value of $1250 per person.
(e) All Invitees will receive one night’s twin share accommodation in a 4-star hotel including airport transfers (if applicable) and transfers from the hotel to the Main Event, up to the value of $1000.
(f) At the Main Event, the three Invitees will each be presented with 100 envelopes numbered from 1 to 100. The envelopes will be randomly filled with a predetermined message as follows:
i. One envelope will contain a message stating that it represents a $100,000 prize (Major Prize).
ii. All other envelopes will contain a message stating that they represent a $5,000 prize (Minor Prize).
(g) Invitees may select one envelope without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other envelopes on display.
(h) The message contained in the envelope selected by each Invitee will determine their prize, in accordance with the amount stated in the message (being either $100,000 or $5,000).
(i) The Invitees will each have one chance to select an envelope. The event will be run by an independent loss adjustor which will be appointed by the underwriter of the Major Prize and their instructions must be following at all times and their decision is final.
(j) If an Invitee selects an envelope containing the Minor Prize, the promoter may open a separate control envelope containing details of the envelope containing the Major Prize and may then open that envelope to confirm its contents. No additional envelopes may be opened.
(k) There is a maximum of one Major Prize to be won per person (except for SA residents).
(l) The Main Event will be videotaped for verification and marketing purposes.
(m) The prize will be delivered to the winner by cheque within 28 days of the Main Event.

6. Unclaimed Prizes
(a) If any Daily Prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw, an unclaimed prize draw will held at 10am on 17 July 2017 AEST at 117 Wellington St, St Kilda VIC 3182.
(b) Winners of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by phone within two days of the draw.
(c) Unclaimed prize winners’ names will be published on
www.catchthecash.com.au on 20 July 2017. Winners from South Australia will have their names published in the Adelaide Advertiser on 20 July 2017.
7. Total prize pool
(a) Total prize value is up to $331,500.
8. Miscellaneous
(a) Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize value is in Australia dollars, based on recommended retail prices, include GST and are correct at time of printing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions from gaming authorities.
(b) The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase). Proof of identification, age, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
(c) The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant where it has reason to believe any entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions including failing to provide proof of purchase, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this promotion. The promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
(d) If requested by the promoter, entrants and winners (and their companion(s), if applicable) must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding this promotion or their winning of a prize, free of charge, and they consent to the promoter and its associated companies and agencies using their name and image in promotional material.
