8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants expressly acknowledge that content submitted as part
of their entry may be used by the Promoter and Nexgard for promotional purposes including online and in all other media.
9. How to enter
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and responding to the 25 words or less question: “What do you love about your dog?”
(b) Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the twenty (20) entries it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period
specified, and those entries will be awarded a prize each.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form.
Entrants may only win one prize each.
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, suitability for online publishing, and relevance to the competition question.
There are up to twenty (20) prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: One (1) Pet Lovers Prize Pack valued at up to $180.00 (inc GST) including:
• 2 x Nexgard Chews six packs
Up to $3,600.00 inc GST
Winners will be notified via telephone and email
Prizes must be claimed by 4:00PM AEST on Friday 23rd June 2017.
The Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s registered residential address via mail.
• By entering this Competition, and by redeeming the prize, the winner acknowledges they have read the supplied product label for full claim details and usage instructions relating to the product, and once used are responsible for actions that may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
• The winner is responsible for their pet/s and any special needs, requests, considerations or damage caused while taking the prize.
