Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEDT) on 14.03.2017 and ends at 11.59pm (AEST) on 16.04.2017 (“Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand. Entrants under 13 years of age must have a parent or guardian’s permission before providing personal information. Employees of the Promoter and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate in the competition. Proof of identity must be furnished upon request.
To enter the promotion entrants must, during the Promotion Period, complete a QUIKSILVER, ROXY and/or DC SHOES survey ONLINE via one of the URL’s listed below (“Entry”):

Three (3) winners will be selected randomly from the Entries (one winner per survey) via an electronic draw at 27 Baines Crescent, Torquay VIC 3228 on 19.04.17 at 10am (AEST). The first three valid Entries drawn (per survey) will win a $100 Gift Card valid for use on

The winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw and announced on

If a winner(s) cannot be contacted and a Prize(s) remains unclaimed by 5pm (AEST) on 24.04.17 a redraw will take place at 27 Baines Crescent, Torquay VIC at 10am (AEST) on 24.07.2017 (subject to any directions from a regulatory authority). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided email information. Prizes will be sent to winner and must be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
The draw result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion and, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, select winners from among all valid Entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension.
By entering this promotion entrants consent to the information submitted with their Entries being entered into the Quiksilver, Roxy or DC Shoes database(s) (relevant to the survey(s) completed).
