• The promoter is ESR Group Holdings Pty Ltd, 164-168 Atlantic Drive, Keysborough, VIC 3173, Australia.
• Entry into promotion is open to Australian residents only except employees of the ESR Group Holdings Pty Ltd, their advertising and promotional agencies and in both cases their immediate families.
• All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 9th April 2017 via Facebook by commenting on the promotional Facebook post on Early Settler official Facebook page. Winners will be draw at random on the 10th April and will be contacted via Facebook by private message. The winners will also be announced on the promotional post.
• Each winner must claim the prize within 30 days from 10th April 17. If the winner fails to get in touch within 30 days, the prize will be void.
• The promoter’s decisions relating to promotions are final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
• By entering promotions you consent to your content being displayed for public viewing at the discretion of the promoter.
• The promoter will not be held responsible for entries not properly received for any reason, whether or not caused by the promoter.

Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card; will be void and cannot be redeemed after expiry date; cannot be reloaded; is partially redeemable. If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up the difference with another payment method.
• Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enter. If a winner is under 18, a parent or guardian will be required to accompany the winner for the required promotional events at the winners cost. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 16 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent(s) or guardian(s).
