“Gift” means the winner of this contest will receive an Omega oven model OO656X (RRP AUS $799)
“Promotion” means Omega and Vincenzo’s Plate Promotion. NSW permit number LTPS/17/13014
“Participant, you or your” means an end user who is a resident of Australia and is participating in the contest during the Promotional Period.
“Entry” means the following:

- Watch our Easter video on Vincenzo’s Plate YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/vincenzosplate),
“Contest Period” means: April 9th April to 26th April 2017 inclusive.
“Omega, Omega Appliances” means Shriro Australia Pty Limited ABN 28 002 386 129 of 104 Vanessa Street, Kingsgrove NSW 2208 Australia.
“Vincenzo, Vincenzo’s Plate” means Vincenzo’s Plate ABN 60 454 656 815
“We, us, our” means Shriro Australia Pty Limited ABN 28 002 386 129 of 104 Vanessa Street, Kingsgrove NSW 2208 Australia and Vincenzo’s Plate ABN 60 454 656 815

1. You must:
1.a Like and follow Facebook pages of both Omega Appliances (www.facebook.com/omegaappliances) and Vincenzo’s Plate (www.facebook.com/vincenzosplate);
1.b Watch our Special Easter video on Vincenzo’s Plate YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/vincenzosplate);
2. The Gift will be issued to the Participant named on the Facebook profile page of the winner.
3. We accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
4. Gift is not transferable or assignable.
5. Participants should allow approximately 6 weeks after promotion expires to receive the gift.
6. The gift cannot be transferred to a monetary amount.
7. We reserve the right to vary or modify the Promotion and/or the Gift at any time without notice.
8. This promotion is not open to any Shriro staff or Shriro Channel Partner staff member or family member, and is only open to eligible Participants.

12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Australia.
13. Omega – Shriro PTY LTD and Vincenzo’s Plate will use the information contained in the form to send updates to the Participant on the status of their entry or to contact Participants if there are any queries regarding it.
14. The winner will be announced on Omega and Vincenzo’s Plate Facebook and Instagram pages on 1st May 2017 at 12noon.
15. The Gift will be delivered to the postal address specified by the participant when contacted by us; we do not send Gift to PO boxes.
16. All participants’ data will be shared by the promoters only, to contact entrants for future promotions/news updates.
