    Giveaway is open internationally to participants 18 years of age or older.
    By entering this giveaway, you will be automatically signed up for the email subscription at RetroCitySunglasses.com. You may opt out of our email subscription by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the first promotional email you receive from RetroCitySunglasses.com (this does not include the giveaway email confirmation).
    Contest ends April 20th, 2017.
    Winner will be randomly selected and notified by email on April 24th, 2017.
    Winner must respond within 30 days of notification to claim prize. After that, prize will be forfeited.
    Winner must respond to the notification email with their complete shipping address and shoe size.
    Please know your correct size in Christian Louboutin "So Kates" before the end of the contest. Once prize is shipped, it may not be returned or exchanged for another size.
    In the event that we are unable to locate your size from any U.S. retailer, a physical or electronic department store gift card will be issued to the winner for the cost of the shoes (up to and not exceeding $800.00 USD).

    Winners of the giveaway located outside of the United States will be solely response for any clearance, taxes, and duties fees asked for by their postal office or customs office.
    United States winners, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive prize.
    International winners, please allow up to 6 weeks to receive prize.
    Once the package ships, the winner will receive a shipment confirmation email, containing the tracking number. The package will be shipped with USPS signature confirmation (within the United States only).
    It is the winner's responsibility to keep track of the status of the package. Package cannot be delivered without a signature by the recipient. However, if package is held at the post office for pick-up and the recipient takes too long to claim the package, the post office will return the package back to us. If the package is returned to us, recipient must pay a shipping fee to have the package redelivered to them. After the package is returned to us, the winner will have 7 days to contact us by email and arrange for redelivery. If 7 days pass and the winner has not arranged for redelivery, prize will be forfeited.
