"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period.
"Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants must upload a file document of their valid bill as part of their online entry.
Entrants must not have won a prize to the value of $100 or more, in any competition(s) run by the Promoter in the previous
thirty (30) days prior to their
entry in this Promotion.
Relevant State(s)
Entry is only open to residents of Western Australia.
Maximum Entries Multiple entries are permitted, however an entrant is only eligible to redeem one (1) Prize in the Promotion.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must:
1.
During the Online Registration Period, v
isit the Website, register their detail
s, upload a file document of a valid bill in
their full name, and answer the question(s) as
specified by the Promoter
at the point of entry.
2.
On a Contesting Day:
(a)
Listen to mix9
4.5 to hear if their name is announced on air
as being one of three (3) Contestants for that Contesting
Segment. The Promoter will
judge all valid entries prior to the Contesting Segment to determine the Contestants
whose names will be announced on air.
(b)
Be the first of the three (3) Contestants to call through on the station competition line following the announcement
to be determined as the winner for that Contesting Segment. If none of the Contestants call through within 30
minutes of the announcement,
there will be no winner for that Contesting Segement.
Judging Details
All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, l
iterary merit, originality and suitability. Where entrants submit a guess
or answer to question(s), the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer, and there may be a time factor applied.

a prize is not claimed
by the Prize Claim Date
& Time , the winner forfeits the
prize. In this case, the Promoter will award
the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements If aprize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date
& Time or if an entrant or entry
is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry; the Promoter
will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method
outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details,
or to another valid entrant who
subsequently
enters this Promotion or
another Promotion conducted by the Promoter
.

A valid bill will be considered and processed by the Promoter in accordance with
the following:
a)
Winners are required to provide a copy of a valid tax invoice/bill for verification.
b)
The bill must be
due and payable for payment in the full name of the entrant as per their entry.
c)
The invoice maybe in the join
t
name of the entrant, however the name of the entrant must be stipulated on the invoice.
d)
Laybys are not accepted.
e)
Bills previously paid
are not accepted.
In their discretion, the Promoter may decide not to
pay bills which are for outstanding amounts that in the Promoter’s opinion
is a fine issued by a regulatory body or an ongoing government stipulated payment or for any amounts outstanding in relation
to any legal matters.
