8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 16 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants expressly acknowledge that content submitted as part of their entry may be used by the Promoter and any third party
associated with the competition, including without limitation prize suppliers for promotional purposes including online and in all other media.
9. How to enter
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and responding to the 25 words or less question: “What’s the worst Mother’s Day present you’ve ever given or received?” or by uploading a photo of the worst Mother’s Day present they’re ever given or received to the website.
(b) Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will
be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the five (5) entries it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified.
(c) Those winners will be invited to share their response to the question: “What’s the worst Mother’s Day present you’ve ever given or received?” or describe the photo of the worst Mother’s Day present they’re ever given or received on air in the 3PM PickUp to be played across the Stations.
(d) Those winners who share their response to the question:
“What’s the worst Mother’s Day present you’ve ever given or received?” or describe the photo of the worst Mother’s Day present they’re ever given or received on air in the 3PM PickUp will be awarded a prize each.
(e) Any winner/s who declines the invitation to share their response to the question: “What’s the worst Mother’s Day present you’ve ever given or received?” or describe the photo of the worst Mother’s Day present they’re ever given or received on air in the 3PM PickUp will forfeit the prize in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.
10. Limitation on entries
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form.
Entrants may only win one prize each.

12. Judging Criteria
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, suitability for online publishing, and relevance to the competition question.

o Materials do not contain images or copyright
materials of anyone else unless they have the express
consent of that person(s);
o Materials do not contain anything which is (as
determined by the Promoter in its discretion)
obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
o For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the
right to invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
