This promotion is conducted by City Golf Club staff.
Promotion runs at the above times except for during other conflicting promotions.
Using ‘max e draw’, members earn virtual tickets in the promotion and entries will accumulate 8.30am 19th January 2017 to 7.30pm 12th July 2017.
During the above stated hours of the promotion, members place their membership cards into the console of the gaming machine to gain entry, or use their member card to purchase meals or drinks.
One entry will be awarded per $20 turnover on gaming machines, $200 win on the credit meter on gaming machines, and $4 spent on eligible food and beverage with a membership card.
Mid month minor draws will take place between 7pm and 9pm each month.
Promotions are for financial members of the City Golf Club only.
Winners will be announced via the public address system. Names may be omitted for privacy reasons during the major draw.
During each mid month minor draw, 4 prizes of $500 will be drawn followed by 3 X $1,000.
There will be 1 hour registration of entries on all draws. Entries will be registered through the member using their member card at a member’s kiosk, using a gaming machine vector or using their members card at any till in the Club. The City Golf Club will not be liable for any failure to register entries.
The $1,000 winners will become a ‘key holder’ which gives the winner a chance to win the car on the major draw night.
The City Golf Club will record the names of key holders each mid month minor draw. The key holder will also receive a letter from the City Golf Club detailing the final night draw times and dates and the rule that each member can only have a maximum of 3 keys in the final major draw.
Each member is entitled to win a maximum of three (3) entries to the final night on the lead up minor draws. If a member has already won 3 keys to the final major draw, any further key wins will be replaced with a $500 cash prize. In this case, another draw will be conducted on the night to find another member to win the $1,000 and the key.
$3,000 will be set aside for any patrons who win more than 3 keys. In the event that this money is not all won prior to 12th July 2017, $500 draws will be conducted on this night between 7.30pm and 8.00pm.
On 12th July 2017, 3 final keys will be drawn from 7.00pm to 7.30pm. The winners of these draws will also receive $1,000 each and be eligible to enter the final major promotion.
The major draw will commence at 8.00pm and will be drawn until 9.00pm. Key holders must notify the staff member running the draw by 7.30pm on the night of the major draw that they are present to take part in the major key holder draw.
Key Holders from the monthly minor draws will be called forward in the order in which they won their keys to choose a key to attempt to unlock the car. Only one key will unlock the car and the patron who unlocks the car will win the car major prize.
Patrons who fail to unlock the car will be asked to choose a padlock key to unlock one of 17 padlocks with cash prize amounts on them. The padlock that the chosen key unlocks will identify the prize that the patron wins.
The padlocks will have the following cash prizes if they are unlocked: 6 X $250; 4 X $750; 5 X $500; 2 X $1,000.
Members who have more than one key will be called forward multiple times based on the order in which the keys were won during the minor draws.
During all draws, if a members name is called they have 2 minutes to claim their prize. Members must produce their membership card as identification.
If a member does not claim their prize from the prize pool during the minor draws, another ticket will be drawn until a winner is found.
If a key holder is not present on the final draw night, an alternate key winner will be drawn from the entry barrel to participate in the final major draw. This winner will receive $500 which will be drawn from the $3,000 set aside for patrons who win more than 3 keys.
If a patron with entries to the final draw night is unable to attend, they will be allowed to nominate another member of The City Golf Club to take their place on the 12th July 2017.
The nominated patron may not have more than 3 keys to the final night as the nominated person will be considered to own all ‘keys’.
The original winner must notify the City Golf Club as soon as possible in writing who will be attending in their place.
The nominated patron once nominated has all rights to prizes won during the draws on 12th July 2017 only. The City Golf Club will not accept nominations for the minor monthly draws. The nominated patron will be considered the winner of any prizes won during the major promotion.
If the original winner is then able to attend or wishes to collect the prizes, the nominated patron must write to the City Golf Club to re-nominate the original winner.
The major prize will be inclusive of one Volkswagen Tiguan 110TSI Trendline Auto, 12 months registration, and fees included in transferring the car into the winner’s name.
The City Golf Club will not accept further liability for the major car prize.
Staff members are not eligible to enter this promotion.
Management decision on all matters is final.
