a) Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be able to take the prize on Wednesday 7th June – Thursday 8th June 2017 and be willing and able to travel to Sydney, NSW at a time specified by the Promoter. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their entry.
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials and/or
on air during the Hughesy & Kate show to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form by providing (including but not limited to) their contact details and by stating in 25 words or less a moment they have had an online
shopping stuff up within the time period specified on each day.
(b) Any photos submitted as part of the optional upload field of
the entry form must be of the entrant only, or have the express consent of any other people in the photograph. Photos must not be defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate
(c) Hughesy & Kate may solicit for a cue to call in show and place callers on air. This does not make the caller an Entrant. The caller will need to go online at hughesyandkate.com.au to complete the registration form to be eligible to be deemed a winner in the competition.
(d) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified. The Station will then contact the relevant entrant to invite them to tell their story on-air (segment may be pre - recorded); and
(e) Hughesy & Kate will pick up to five (5) entrants throughout the competition period to win the Prize.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however, each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the question and/or include a different photo. Entrants will only be eligible to win one prize each.

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, suitability for radio and originality.
There are up to five (5) prizes to be won, as follows: Prize: valued at up to $7,000 (inc GST)
The winners and their companion will receive:
- THE ICONIC Warehouse tour
- 2 x $2,000 THE ICONIC voucher (winner + companion)
- Food & beverages at THE ICONIC HQ
- Hair & Make up followed by a professional photo shoot in THE ICONIC studios
- 1 x room at QT Sydney: one nights’ accommodation at QT Sydney (type of room subject to avails and at QT Sydney’s discretion). Each room will be shared between the winner and their companion.
- 1 x SpaQ voucher to indulge in a 60 treatment
- Return economy airfares for the winner and their companion from entrant’s nearest capital city airport to Sydney NSW during the nominated travel period (for non-NSW residents
only).
- Return airport transfers to and from Sydney airport to the QT Sydney hotel from to and from QT Sydney to THE ICONIC.
The nominated travel period is between 7th June and 8th June 2017. Entrants must be available to travel during the nominated travel period and in line with flight availability. Flights cannot be changed and inability to attend the THE ICONIC event will invalidate entry.
The prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

Winners will be notified by:
- via telephone
- on air at the time of winning
- via email
Prize/s must be claimed by 12pm AEST (or a time at the promoter’s discretion) on the following day of being awarded the Prize in order to take the trip. Winners who do not answer their phone when contacted or claim their prize by the above-mentioned time will forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen.
The major prize will be provided to the major prize winner/s by the prize providers Sound Travel, THE ICONIC and QT Sydney.
Winners will be required to adhere by the terms and conditions of all prize providers and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any breaches in the prize providers terms and conditions.
Travel:
• Travel must be taken on the date to be specified by the Promoter. If a winner and travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel during these dates or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
• The winner (and their travelling companion) is responsible for all other expenses not listed above including but not limited to meals (other than those specified), incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, phone calls, gratuities, optional activities and excursions, freight, excess baggage, ground transport, visas, spending money, travel insurance and all transfers, including travel costs to and from their closest capital city airport if the winner is from a regional area. A credit card imprint may be required at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
• If the winner exceeds the $2,000 in vouchers that THE ICONIC has provided they will be required to pay this and any associated costs with exchanging or returning goods.
• It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid
passports and visas which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at the destinations.
Any fines, penalties, payments of expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller.
• All prize travel will be subject to the carrier’s General Conditions of Carriage. The Promoters and carrier make no representations as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. By entering this Competition, and by collecting the prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
• The Promoter strongly recommends that all winners take out travel insurance and consult the
www.smartraveller.gov.au website prior to travelling.
• Winners must complete an induction prior to entering THE ICONIC warehouse and must be wearing the following Personal Protection Equipment:
o Closed shoes
o Hair tied back
o No skirts
o Hi-Vis vest (which will be supplied)
Conditions for using THE ICONIC store credit
(a) Store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email address used to place your Order. Store credits cannot be transferred to other accounts.
(b) Store credit is valid for 12 months. Any balance that remains after the 12 months will not be available for use.
(c) Store credit does not accrue interest nor can it be redeemed or refunded for cash. If an Order made using store credit is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the store credit will be restored to your account only.
