3. The promotion is only available to Adelaide Casino Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl Premier Rewards
members who actively play on any table game or gaming machine located on the main gaming floor or
Premium Gaming areas (as a sponsored guest of VIP members) within Adelaide Casino, including all
customers who have spent at least $15 in one transaction at any bars or restaurants within Adelaide
Casino during the promotional period.
4. Customers who sign up as a new Premier Rewards member at the Premier Rewards desk during the
promotional period will automatically receive 1 entry ticket via any Adelaide Casino Kiosk station.
5. By entering into and participating in this promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and
accepts these terms and conditions.
6. All promotional material including information on internal signage, list of terms and conditions and Casino
Licence agreement forms part of the conditions of entry.
7. To be eligible to enter via play, a qualifying Premier Rewards member will need to visit Adelaide Casino
during the promotional period and activate their Premier Rewards card whilst playing at any table game or
gaming machine and then earn the required Rewards point threshold for an entry ticket. It is the player’s
responsibility to insert their Rewards membership card to the gaming machine they are playing on or hand
over their membership card to the dealer or supervisor when playing at qualifying table games to activate
their points for live play and be tracked for points earned towards this promotion.
8. No Premier Rewards membership card may be transferred between members and group play is not
allowed in order to attempt to qualify for the required Rewards point threshold.
9. Eligible Rewards members will be credited with one entry ticket once at least 25 Rewards points are
earned on a table game or gaming machine, capped at 30 tickets per member per promotional day.
Alternatively, one can obtain an entry ticket for the promotion from Adelaide Casino’s bar or restaurant
staff for every $15 spent on meals or drinks in one transaction, capped at 30 entry tickets per person per
trading day from this source.
10. Members who received an entry ticket through gaming will need to print their entry ticket(s) from any
Kiosk station located throughout the casino, whereas customers who received an entry ticket through
purchasing any meals or drinks from any bars or restaurants will need to fill out their entry ticket with their
full name, membership number (if applicable), residential address and contact number, however if
members scan their membership card when purchasing meals or drinks from any bars or restaurants, their
tickets will be available to print from a Kiosk station in addition to their gaming entries (if applicable).
Entrants will then need to drop their entry ticket(s) into the dedicated entry barrel located in front of the
Chandelier Bar, prior to the hourly draws any day during the promotional period, for a chance to win the
daily prize.
11. Adelaide Casino accepts no responsibility for entry tickets that are lost, stolen or damaged due to any
cause. Adelaide Casino does not accept responsibility for entry tickets that are not placed in the
appropriate promotion entry barrel applicable to the promotion.
12. There will be a daily draw at 12noon, 6pm and 10pm during the promotional period in front of the
Chandelier Bar at Adelaide Casino, conducted by an Adelaide Casino Promotional Host (or delegate). All
the tickets entered into the entry barrel will be thoroughly intermixed prior to each draw, with the
Promotional Host (or delegate) randomly drawing 3 tickets from the entry barrel then announcing the
winners’ names over the PA system, to win a prize for the winning ticket holder of $50 cash.
13. Drawn winners present at the time of the draw who then proceed to the Promotional Host at the
Chandelier Bar or present themselves within 3 minutes of the draw to an Adelaide Casino staff member
who will then notify the promotional host, will have the opportunity to play the ‘Clinko Cash’ game located
next to the Chandelier Bar, for a chance to win a bonus prize of up to $500 cash.
14. There will be a promotional wall located next to the Chandelier Bar which will consist of game board tracks
which a promotional ball can progressively randomly fall down through via various obstacles into one of 10
prize buckets at the bottom of the track.
15. Each drawn winner will be given a chance to play the ‘Clinko Cash’ game if they meet the requirements
outlined in clause 13. The game is played by dropping a promotional ball anywhere along the top of the
game tracks whereby the ball will randomly bounce and fall its way down the game track and land in one
of the 10 prize buckets at the bottom of the game board. The member will be awarded the marked prize
on the bucket in which the ball lands into. The 10 buckets will contain one of the following cash prizes:
3 buckets with $50 Cash
3 buckets with $75 Cash
2 buckets with $100 Cash
1 bucket with $150 Cash
1 bucket with $500 Cash
16. Should the ball become stuck in the track for more than 10 seconds and therefore not land in a bucket, the
promotional host will remove the ball and request the winner to drop the ball from the top again.
17. If any of the selected winners who make themselves known as present but do not wish to participate in the
‘Clinko Cash’ game for any reason, an Adelaide Casino Promotional Host (or delegate) will play the game
on their behalf.
18. Should any of the drawn prize winners not be present at the time of the draw, they will attempt to be
notified by telephone by an Adelaide Casino employee. Adelaide Casino will make every reasonable
endeavour to contact the winners, including sending a letter within 5 days of the draw advising them what
they have won and how to collect their prize. Should any of the prizes remain unclaimed after 60 days
from the last draw date then they will be considered forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been
made with Adelaide Casino management prior to the 60 day expiry period.
19. The entry barrel will be emptied of all tickets (which will be retained for at least 3 months by Adelaide
Casino) at the end of each daily draw at 12noon, 6pm & 10pm.
20. Total maximum potential value of all prizes on offer is $198,000 over the 40 days of draws, assuming all
drawn winners are present at the time of the draws and the customer lands the ball in the $500 prize
bucket following each draw, making each draw potentially worth $550.
21. In the situation that any of the drawn entry tickets are found to be illegible or ineligible due to any
HRC/Barring considerations or behavioural issues, a redraw following the procedures described in clause
12 will be applied to determine a qualifying winner and the prize awarded in accordance with these terms
and conditions.
22. Adelaide Casino accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, misdirected or returned mail notifying
of prize winnings. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their Rewards contact details held by
Adelaide Casino are up to date and that Promotion Entry tickets have their details clearly printed and in a
legible form.
23. All winners must ensure they are able to provide adequate identification when they wish to collect their
prize.
24. All winners in excess of $250 will be published in The Advertiser public notices section on Wednesday 5th
July 2017.
25. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the
promoter, the promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or
invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authority, if required.
26. Employees of Adelaide Casino and companies associated with this promotion and their families are
ineligible to enter.
27. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of the Conditions of Entry and confirms acceptance to
participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that Adelaide Casino may request, including
photographs and use of their image on the Adelaide Casino website.
28. Failure to observe the Conditions of Entry may result in disqualification.
29. Adelaide Casino shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of
taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
30. Entry is not open to persons under 18 years of age.
31. Adelaide Casino management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
