France à La Carte 2017 - Terms & Conditions 1. Information on How to Enter and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry (Conditions of Entry). 2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 3. The Entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an Entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Conditions of Entry generally. 4. All Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Conditions of Entry even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded a prize to the ineligible person. Return of a prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs. 5. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 6. The Promotion commences 12:00 AM AEDT on 01/06/2017 and ends 23:59 AEDT on 31/07/2017 (Promotion Period). 8. Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian and New-Zealand residents aged 18 years and over, excluding those that are: (a) Management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, as well as other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion such as Vintec, Rail Europe, AccorHotels and Air France. (Including suppliers of prizes); (b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 8 (a) of these Conditions of Entry; (c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter including the present promotion; Eligible Entrants The persons referred to in paragraph 8 (c) of these Conditions of Entry include natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion. (c) Anyone found intentionally creating multiple registrations to generate entries (whether using several email accounts, false name or abbreviated name) will be immediately disqualified from the Promotion. Prizes During the promotion period there will be 1 main prize to be won with a total value of AUD20,000 constituted of: Two return eco airfares from Australia or New-Zealand (depart from Sydney OR Auckland only) to Paris (value AUD$6,000) provided by Air France - A valid passport is required for all international journeys and necessary travel documents are the responsibility of the prize winner and travelling companion. The Promoter strongly recommends that the winner and travelling companion purchase travel insurance. - Travel is not valid during Christmas/School Holidays & Easter. Travel is subject to availability in T/N class. Travel must be completed by (one year from draw date). - The Prize is available to be claimed by (three months from draw date) and booked up to 3 months from the date of the draw/competition winner announcement. Travel must be completed one year from draw date. - Taxes and/or surcharges, are additional and not included in the prize - Winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for having valid travel documents and obtaining the right to enter the France. - Travel between Sydney / Brisbane / Melbourne / Perth and Asia is to be on the services of Qantas in economy class, travel between Asia and Paris is to be on the services of Air France in economy class. - Validity of the ticket(s) is 6 months from the date of departure and all tickets are to be used together, on the same travel date and route. - Date changes permitted, subject to booked class availability within the 6 months validity at a fee of AUD190. - Air France prize winner’s tickets are not transferable, not cash-redeemable, non-upgradeable and their validitycannot be extended (the winner of the ticket(s) must be among the travellers). - Frequent flyer points will not be awarded on this airfare. - Winner and his/her travel companion are personally responsible for any other costs and gratuities that are not explicitly included in this Prize (e.g. visa application, travel insurance etc.). - Winner and his/her travelcompanion agree when accepting the Prize that acceptance is entirely at his/her own risk and responsibility. Method for the draw Drawn by computer on the 01/08/2017 at French Tourist Bureau Pty Ltd of 13 / 25 Blight Street, Sydney NSW 2020. - Unclaimed prize draw: Winners are given 3 months to claim the prize. If the prize is still unclaimed on 01/11/2017 we will proceed to another computer draw among eligible entrants at French Tourist Bureau Pty Ltd (ABN 57 145 096 126) of 13 / 25 Blight Street, Sydney NSW 2020 the 01/10/2017. - Travel dates for the airfares, hotel stays and winery visits from 01/08/2017 to 01/08/2018, subject to availability (valid 1 year from the draw).
