What better way to spend the school holidays than by coming along to the Zoo for a wild day out filled with animal encounters and adventure!How to Enter:1. Grab a Safari Zoo Entry form from one of the animal displays located in the centre from Friday 23 June and start your tour.
2. Visit each of the animal displays (5 to visit) and validate your entry with the official whole punch, located at each animal display.
3. Once you have visited all the animals and whole punched your entry form, complete your details in full and drop your entry in the entry barrel located on level 4, between Priceline and Best & Less next to the Rhinoceros display.
Competition ends 9.00pm, Friday 30 June 2017. Winner will be contacted after 9.00am Monday 3 July 2017 and announced shortly after.

1. These official rules ("Rules") apply to the “WIN 1 of 3 FAMILY PASSES TO AUSTRALIA ZOO” promotion (“Promotion”) conducted by YFG Shopping Centres Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) as trustee of the Fu Family Trust (“Trust”) of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Sunnybank Plaza Shopping Centre, Cnr of Mains Road and McCullough Street, Sunnybank, Queensland (“Promoter”) for Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown (“Centre”).
2. Information on how to enter forms part of these Rules. The Promoter may, at any time, amend, add to or delete any of these Rules.
3. Entry is deemed acceptance of these Rules including any changes made by the Promoter, even if the entry is before the publication of any changes to these Rules.

The Promotion commences at 7.00am on Monday 26 June 2017 and ends at 9:00pm on Friday 30 June 2017(“Promotion Period”). The competition is drawn at 9:00am on Monday 3 July 2017.
ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
5. To be eligible to enter the Promotion (and so be an “Entrant”) an individual must: (a) be a resident of South-East Queensland; and (b) visit each of the Safari animals on display in the centre (there are 5 to visit); and (c) obtain an official Safari Tour Entry from one of the brochure stand/s located near the displays; and (d) at each animal you will see an official whole punch, the entrant is required to whole punch the corresponding animal on the entry card; and (e) once you have completed the tour, complete your entry and lodge at our entry barrel located on level 4 at the Safari Zoo Adventure Craft Activity Centre opposite Best & Less during the Promotion Period.
6. The Promoter, Retail First Pty Ltd, retailers of the Centre and their respective officeholders, employees, agents, contractors, and their Immediate Family Members are not eligible to be Entrants. “Immediate Family Member” means any spouse, child, de facto spouse or any other family member residing at the same premises as that person.
7. To be valid, an Entrant’s entry form (“Valid Entry Form”) must be in the name of only one entrant; and (a) include the entrant’s full name, mobile or telephone number, and suburb of residence.
9. An individual may only enter the Promotion once.
10. On lodgement of a Valid Entry Form in accordance with these Rules, the Valid Entry Form will be entered into the competition (“Competition Database”) and an Entrant will be eligible for the prize draw (“Prize Draw”) (see Rule 13).
11. Winner/s must be able to collect the prize personally from the Centre Management Office between 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday only (1 month period from end of competition only).
PRIZE(S)
12. The total available prize pool for the Promotion is (at prices applicable as at June 2017 and subject to variation) AUD $516.00 comprising of the following (together the “Prize”): Description of Prize and value; (a) Entry for a family (2 x Adults and 2 x Children (aged 3 - 14yrs) to Australia Zoo ($172.00) x 3.
13. The Prize is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and is subject to availability. If for any reason the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, at its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
14. All ancillary costs associated with the Prize, except for those which are expressly included in the description of the Prize, are the responsibility of the Winner/s as defined under these Rules.
15. The Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in cash.
16. AnycomplaintsaboutthePrizemustberesolveddirectlywiththePrizeSupplier.
PRIZE DRAW
18. Three (3) Valid Entries will be selected at random from the Competition entry barrel (“Prize Draw”). The Entrant/s whose name appears on the selected Valid Entry will win the Prize (“Winner”).
19. The Winner/s will be notified after the Prize Draw by either telephone or email.
20. The Winner/s must claim their Prize from the Centre’s Management office.
21. If the Winner/s at the time of claiming the prize and, if required by the Centre, must sign an
acknowledgment form confirming the identity of the Winner and the claiming of the Prize by
the Winner.
22. To be able to claim the Prize, the Winner/s must provide a copy of a Government issued
identification card containing a photograph of the Winner (or the Winner’s guardian) as proof of the Winner’s (or the Winner’s guardian’s) identity and age and a copy of the receipt spent during the promotion.
23. IfthePrizeisunclaimed,itwillbedealtwithasdirectedbytheQueenslandOfficeofGaming Regulation in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999.
24. The Winner/s first initial and suburb of residence will be published on the Centre Website and the Centre's Website Page.
GENERAL
25. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant State and Federal laws), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
26. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on all participating individuals and no correspondence will be entered into.
27. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or any aspect of the Prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
28. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. 29. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Promoter’s privacy notice (which is available from the Promoter) and these Rules. To change or modify personal details on the Promoter’s records, please
contact the Promoter.
30. All participating individuals acknowledge that their personal information is being provided to
the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram.
31. By completing and submitting an Entry, all participating individuals consent to their personal
information entered into a database, which may be made available to the Promoter for marketing purposes relating to the promotion of the Centre and retailers located in the Centre.
32. All participating individuals agree (if required) to have their name and photograph used for advertising purposes and/or to take part in promotional activities including, without limitation, being interviewed by television, radio and/or other mediums for public broadcast.
33. The Promoter reserves the rights, trademarks and copyrights of the Promotion and all artwork, images and print copy associated with the Promotion.
34. If the Promoter enters into the Promotion in its capacity as trustee of a trust (“Trust”): (a) the Promoter may not be sued in any capacity other than as the trustee of the Trust; and (b) any liability of the Promoter arising under or in connection with the Promotion is limited to the amount the Promoter actually receives in the exercise of its right of indemnity from the property of the Trust.
