1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept
these conditions of entry.

4. Entries are open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families)
of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and prize distributers.

. Entries will be judged by or on behalf of the Promoter based on, amongst other things, creativity and literary mer

best valid entry

A styling session with Darren Palmer. The styling session will take place at a
Carpet Court store within reasonable distance
to the winner’s home. The
date of the session and the
Carpet Court store involved in the session will be nominated by
Carpet Court
. The
styling session will
run for no more than 2 hours. Th
e session is to be completed
within
2 months
of the
competition end date (Thursday 31 August
2017).

The winner will be notified by Carpet Court via Facebook and prompted to provide their details
.
Carpet Court will then
get in touch with the winner via phone or email to arrange their prize.
If the winner cannot or does not take the prize as
stipulated
within two weeks
or if it is unclaimed, the entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to
award the prize to the next best valid entry (as determined by the judges).

. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to
verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s
identity, age and place of residence). The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the
entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions
will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights.

. If there is a dispute as to the identi
ty of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine
the identity of the entrant.

. As a condition of entering this promotion, each entrant licenses the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an
unlimited period
for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each
entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not
infringe the rights of any third part

Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties
arising from a breach of this warranty.
Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral

consumer guarantees as provided under the

that cannot by law be ex

employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (includin

is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including

or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical diff
iculties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under
the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is
late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their re
ceipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e)
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion
on the Internet or at any websit
e, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other
person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in this promotion.

. If for any reason this promotion is not capabl
e of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter
which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integr

reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel,
