By entering The Block Shop ‘EOFY Giveaway' (the “Promotion”) the entrant agrees to the following terms andconditions:
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms andconditions;
The promoter is The Block Shop Pty Limited ABN 55 161 743 237 (“Promoter”);
ELIGIBILITY:
Entry is open to Australian residents only (excluding ACT). Entrants under the age of 18 years must get permission from their parent orguardian prior to entering;
Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agenciesassociated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter;
The Promotion commences on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 11am and concludes Monday 3rd July, 2017 at 7pm.
The winner will be drawn randomly at 10am on Tuesday 4th July 2017.

The Promoter, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/ordepicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not under any obligation to notify an entrant of an invalid entry. By entering the Promotion and accepting the terms and conditions, the entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal details, including email address, for the purpose of conducting the competition. The entrant’s email address will be added to the Promoter’s database for the purpose of receiving communications about the Promoter’s products. At any time, the entrant may elect to unsubscribe from the Promoter’s communications;
By entering the Promotion,
the entrant gives the Promoter permission to pass their email address to any or all of the participating retailers (Black Mango, Brosa, Elevate Design, Maggi McDonald, Some Artists, Tusk Gallery, United Interiors - "Retailers") for the purpose of receiving communications about the Retailers' products. By entering the Promotion, the entrant gives the Promoter permission to be contacted via email.
The Promoter shall endeavour to contact the winner via their email account within two (2) weeks of the prize draw. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted afterone (1) month, an alternate winner will be selected and the original winner will forfeit any prize. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via email and will be published on the Promoter’s website at its discretion;

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value and the prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;
LIABILITY: If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness,integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the rightin its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved;
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with orutilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combinationthereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
PRIVACY: All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter;

The laws of Australia apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
