Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been selected as a Contestant, they must
not continue to attempt to enter.
Employees and their immediate families any ineligible. Employees and their
immediate families of all associate sponsors and participating companies are
also ineligible to enter.
Promotion entrants and major prize winners consent to ant photos, video,
online submissions or voice to be used in radio or print marketing at the
discretion of Grant Broadcasters.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must:
1. During the Online Registration Period, visit the Website, register their details and answer the questions
specified by the Promoter at the point of entry (“Entry”).
2. Complete the form in its entirety. If an entry form does not have all required fields in appropriately, the
Promoter has the right to discard or overlook the registration. During the Promotional Period, be selected
by the Promoter, who will judge all valid entries in accordance with the Judging Details to determine all
Contestants.
For the avoidance of doubt, all decisions in relation to the selection of Contestants are in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion.
By participating in the contest, each participant agrees that 949Power FM’s decisions regarding the award of
prizes and prize amount will be final and binding an all respects.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they
have been selected as a Contestant, and they may not be invited to participate in one/any of the challenge/s or be
awarded a Minor Prize or Major Prize.

Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider. Prize winners’ details may be
provided to a Prize Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
