This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Australia Pty Limited ABN 39 152 425 735 of Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the “Promoter”).
Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
1. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request any entrant to provide documentary evidence confirming his/her age. Employees and immediate families of Universal Sony and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
3. The Promotion commences at 6:00hrs (EST) on Thursday 27 July 2017, and ends at 23:59hrs (EST) on Sunday 10 September 2017.
4. The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining a winner.

6. The Competition Question answers will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% written expression.
7. The fifty (50) answers to the Competition Question which are deemed to be both the most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be determined as the major winner of a Prize available in the Promotion.
8. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. An Entrant’s entry must not be, without limitation: a) Late;b) Delayed;c) Incomplete;d) Incomprehensible;e) Unlawful;f) Obscene;g) Defamatory;h) Libellous;i) Threatening;j) Pornographic;k) Harassing;l) Hateful;m) Racially or ethnically offensive;n) Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;o) Capable of violating any law; and/or p) Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
10. There is no limit on entries per entrant but each entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize.
11. PRIZE WINNER will receive: the Decades Collection consisting of 60s (value $29.95), 70s (value $29.95), 80s (value $29.95), 90s (value $29.95) and 00s (value $29.95).
12. The prize has a maximum prize pool value of up to AUD $149.75 All prices stated are in Australian dollars, represent the recommended retail price (“RRP”) include GST & are subject to change.
13. The judging will take place on September 20 2017, Sydney NSW 2000
14. The winners will be notified by an email using the address they have provided in the form, and will have 5 days to respond with their delivery address.
15. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 120 hours of judging, their Prize may be forfeited, at the Promoter’s sole discretion. In the event that for any reason a Prize winner does not take the whole or part of a Prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then that whole or part of the Prize may be forfeited by the Prize winner, at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Neither cash nor other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of the forfeited whole or part of the Prize.
16. You must supply your correct details, and must enter those details correctly on the electronic entry form, in order for your entry to be valid.
17. Total Prize Pool value is up to AUD $7487.50. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value, specifications or individual components of the Prize.
18. Entrants will be invited to opt-in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winner.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
20. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time.
