Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrant must have permission from their workplace to enter the Promotion. Nominated workplaces must located within one hour of the CBD of the capital city of the entrant’s State.

Entry is only open to residents of NSW, QLD and VIC.
Maximum Entries
Entrants can enter as many times as they like, however each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) prize in the Promotion.
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period visit the Website, register their details and the details of their workplace and answer in 25 words or less why they need new power tools.
At the end of the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will judge all valid entries to determine one (1) Major Prize Winner and 10 Minor Prize Winners for each of QLD, NSW and VIC.
Judging Details
All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Judging criteria. All entries will be judged on: creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability; or as otherwise specified.

Prize Restrictions
As per Conditions of Entry. Unless the prize is a cash prize, prizes are not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.
The workplace visit will take place during business hours between 21 Aug 2017 and 25 Aug 2017. The visit will be for approximately 1 to 2 hours in duration. The Promoter must have permission from the winner's workplace to conduct the visit. If this is not provided, the winner will forfeit the workplace visit element of the Major Prize.
If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
Winner/s will be notified in writing by 22 August 2017.
Prize Claim Date & Time: 25 Sep 2017 at 17:00 AEST
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details, or to another valid entrant who subsequently enters this Promotion or another Promotion conducted by the Promoter.
