Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: All ages permitted.
If under 15 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question “Why your mini sports team needs to be fuelled by Guzman Y Gomez Mini?”
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable).
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), entrants, their, any venue/property owner and their employer (if applicable) that are participating in the Prize must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Prize.
The venue nominated by the Entrant for participation in the Prize must be the location of the nominated event. The Entrant agrees to comply with any reasonable directions and any other restrictions advised by the Promoter and its representatives in order to comply with any licensing laws and any other applicable laws in the Relevant State. The Entrant’s nominated venue must be safe and accessible and the Entrant must provide clear and unfettered access to the Promoter and its representatives when delivering the Prize to the nominated venue. Delivery of the Prize to the Prize winner’s Nominated Community Event is subject to any requisite permission and/or location approvals for the prize winner’s use of the Prize at the Nominated Community Event.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties in association with using and receiving the prize at the Nominated Location.
The prize will only be available where the venue will permit delivery and use of the prize at the venue (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, the event organiser will be responsible for any council permits and approvals required for the use of the prize at the venue.
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEST Wednesday 30 August 2017 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on air game, the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on air game.
There are four (4) Guzman Y Gomez Mini Items prize packs to be won in each participating state (valued at up to $2,875 retail value] (incl GST) each comprising of:
- Twenty Five (25) Mini Items Meal Packs (valued at up to $115 each) consisting of:
- One (1) Sports Backpack
- One (1) Drink Bottle
- One (1) Sports Ball (options: netball, basketball, soccer, rugby & AFL)
- One (1) Mini Legend Certificate
- Five (5) Mini Items vouchers (priced at $10 each)
- Two (2) x Nova Casanova’s onsite to hand out prizes
Entrants and their sporting team must be able to take the Prize between 28 August 2017 and 29 October 2017. Dates and schedules of the prizes are under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. A representative of the Promoter will work in conjunction with the Prize Winner to co-ordinate and finalise the Prize facilitation date.
