A remake of the original 1990 film that starred Kiefer Sutherland, Julia Roberts and Kevin Bacon, 'Flatliners' stars Ellen Page ('Juno', 'X-Men') and releases nationally in cinemas 28 September.

To win one of five double passes to 'Flatliners' follow these two, simple steps:
