Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however only one (1) entry will be accepted in the Prize draw specified in the Draw Details.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.

During the Promotion Period entrants may enter the Promotion in one or more of the following ways:
Phone entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) The Promoter will nominate a featured word on air (Password);
(b) The Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), for the opportunity to participate in the Promotion; and
(c) From the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to one (1) entrant will be randomly selected by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant) and will be invited to appear on air in the relevant contesting spot.
(d) The Selected Entrant will be asked by the Promoter to repeat the most recent Password nominated on air.
(e) If the Selected Entrant successfully repeats the most recent Password nominated on air (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter), they will be invited to attend the Rock Pool Party (Event) at a location as determined and advised by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and will receive one (1) entry into the Major Draw (if applicable) as listed under Draw Details.
(f) Should the Selected Entrant not provide the correct response (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) that Selected Entrant will not be invited to attend the Event, and another randomly selected entrant who successfully called 13 24 10 will be invited to appear on air and participate in the On Air Challenge.


Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website and fully complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into the Minor Online Entry Draw (if applicable), as set out below under Draw Details.
The Promoter will conduct the Minor Online Entry Draw in accordance with the Draw Details below and contact the first two (2) valid entrants drawn and invite them to attend the Event and they will each be awarded one (1) entry into the Major Draw (if applicable) as listed under Draw Details.
Facebook Entry
During the Promotion Period:
(a) commercials will air across the Stations inviting entrants to login to their personal Facebook account and visit the Promoter’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/nova1069;and
(b) follow the instructions on the Nova’s Rock Pool Promotional Facebook wall post via the Promoter’s Facebook page; and
(c) ‘comment’ on the post with the word “Diamond”.
Entrants must have their Facebook security settings to level that allows the Promoter to contact them (via a private message), in the event that the entrant is drawn in the Minor Facebook Entry Draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
The Promoter will conduct the Minor Facebook Entry Draw in accordance with the Draw Details below and contact the first three (3) valid entrants drawn and invite them to attend the Event and they will each be awarded one (1) entry into the Major Draw (if applicable) as listed under Draw Details.
Nova’s Rock Pool Party- Draw and Challenge
(a) On Sunday 22nd October 2017 between 2:00PM AEST and 5:00PM AEST all entrants who have received an entry into the Major Prize Draw will be required to attend the Event at a location determined and advised by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and register with a representative of the Promoter with in the specified time (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). If an entrant is not present at the Event or they fail to register their details with a representative of the Promoter within the advised time (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will forfeit their entry into the Major Draw.
(b) The Promoter will conduct the Major Draw (as detailed in Draw Details) from all valid entrant who register their details with a representative of the Promoter to determine three (3) entrants to take part in the Challenge. The first three entrants who dawn who are present at the Event and make themselves known to a representative of the Promoter within the requisite time (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will each be invited to participate in the Challenge (each, a Challenger). The entrant must be present at the Event at the time of the Draw to be eligible to take part in the Challenge. If the first valid entry drawn is not present at the Event at the time of the Draw and they do not make themselves known to a representative of the Promoter immediately (as determined by the promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will not be invited to participate in the Challenge, and the next valid entry drawn from the Draw will be invited to participate in the Challenge.
(c) Each Challenger will be invited to enter a pool which will contain three (3) identical jewellery bags sitting on the bottom in random locations. The Challenger who was drawn first in the Challenge Draw will be invited to retrieve one (1) of the three (3) bags from the bottom of the pool, the Challenger who was drawn second in the Challenge Draw will then be invited to retrieve one (1) of the two (2) remaining bags from the bottom of the pool, and the final Challenger will be invited to retrieve the one (1) remaining bag from the bottom of the pool.
(d) The Challengers will then be ask to reveal the contents of each bag which will contain one (1) of the three (3) prize amounts (as detailed in Prize Details)
(e) Whichever prize amount each Challenger revels in their bag will be awarded to them.
Entrants must be able to attend the Event at Soleil Pool Bar, Rydges Hotel, 9 Glenegl Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101between 2:00PM AEST and 5:00PM AEST on Sunday 22nd October 2017 in order to be eligible to participate in the Challenge.
The Challenge involves entrants entering to a pool to participate in the Challenge. Entrants must be a competent swimmer and must be in good health and must not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would prohibit them from participating in the Challenge.
Entrants acknowledge that there may be inherent risks in some aspects of the Promotion, including without limitation any Challenge involved in this Promotion or the Prize, and that participation in the Promotion and/or using the Prize may involve participating in dangerous activities. By entering this Promotion and/or accepting the Prize, entrants accept that risk.
In order to participate in this Promotion, any Challenge and/or the activities, entrants must comply with applicable height, weight, health, fitness, skill, balance, dexterity and any other requirements normally associated with the particular activity.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that they are sufficiently healthy and fit so as to safely participate in this Promotion, any Challenge and/or undertake the activities.

Minor Draws
One (1)Minor Online Entry Draw will be conducted, as follows:
 Between 9:00AM AEST and 10:00AM AEST Friday 20 October 2017 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first two (2) valid entrants drawn will be invited to attend the Event and they will be placed into the Major Draw (if applicable).
One (1)Minor Facebook Entry Draw will be conducted, as follows:
 Between 10:00AM AEST and 11:00AM AEST Friday 20 October 2017 at the Outside Broadcast.
The first three (3) valid entrants drawn will be invited to attend the Event and they will be placed into the Major Draw (if applicable).
Major Draw
One (1) Major Draw will be conducted as follows:
 Between 3:00PM AEST and 4:00PM AEST Sunday 22 October 2017 at the Event.
The first three (3) valid entrants drawn will be invited to take part in the Challenge.

Major Prizes
There are three (3) prizes to be won as follows:
 One (1) voucher for Diamonds International, to the value of $4,000.00 (incl GST)
 One (1) voucher for Diamonds International, to the value of $6,000.00 (incl GST)
 One (1) voucher for Diamonds International, to the value of $10,000.00 (incl GST)
The Prize awarded will correspond to the bag that the Challenger successfully retrieves in the Challenge.
