The promotion is open to Australian residents, excluding directors, management and employees of Magic Hand Carwash and their agencies associated with this promotion, together with the immediate family members of these directors, management and employees. Entrants under 18 must obtain approval from their parent/guardian before entering.
3. The promotion commences at 4.30PM (AEDT) 9/10/2017
and closes at 11.59PM (AEDT) 15/10/2017 (the Promotion Period), entrants can enter only once per person.4. To enter Magic Hand Carwash competitions entrants must, within the Promotional Period meet the following requirements (“Submission Criteria”):

a. Log into their Instagram account;

5. There will be two (2) winners in total; one (1) for Facebook entries and one (1) for Instagram entries. The best entries will be judged by Magic Hand Carwash in its absolute discretion. Magic Hand Carwash’s discretion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be announced by 16/10/2017. The winner will be notified in the comments of the competition image; they will also be sent a direct Instagram/Facebook message. Winners must then provide Magic Hand Carwash with their full name, contact e-mail address, phone number and postage address within 48 hours of notification. Magic Hand Carwash accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided email or telephone information.
6. The two (2) entries as selected by the promoter will each receive one Magic Hand Carwash gift card valued at $200.
7. This promotion is a game of skill, and chance will play no element in the outcome of the promotion. The judges' decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prizes, or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of an Eligible Entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
