TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“VIP Shopping Spree”
The following terms and conditions apply for the Grant Broadcasters “VIP Shopping Spree” promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters General Contest Rules. Where there is any
inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 9
th of October, 2017 and continue until the 19
th of October, 2017. VIP
Shopping Spree is on Thursday 19
th of October, from 5 pm – 9 pm.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners must be the first random caller through and correctly identify Dave, Sam and Ash’s Celebrity Head by full
name. The contestant will only have one attempt to do so per call.
3. PRIZE
Listener will win a $250.00 voucher for themselves and a $250.00 voucher for a friend to spend at Dave, Sam and Ash’s VIP
Shopping Spree. $250.00 voucher will be award in the form of a Morayfield Shopping Centre gift card. The gift card will be
given to the winner the night of the VIP Shopping Spree. Prize contents may change without notice and at the discretion of Grant
Broadcasters.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner of the major prize will be the first contestant to correctly identify Dave, Sam and Ash’s Celebrity Head by
full name.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning. The winner will then be given the gift card the night of the VIP
Shopping Spree.
6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify Grant Broadcasters against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out
of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal
injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or
omission or otherwise.
By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to their voice and/or image to be used on air or in other marketing
collateral (including social media).
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all
associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. Winners must be from within the
broadcast area of the radio station to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
Contestants may be required to forfeit their prize or be disqualified from entry at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS.
Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest spots from the competition due to changed
programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
