On Wednesday 7 March 2018 Panthers is giving away $100,000 CASH! All members are automatically entered. To win, you must be at the club and present to the Promotions Desk within 4 minutes of your name being announced. Drawn at 7pm. If no winner found, redrawn at 8pm and again at 9pm if required.
IF A WINNER IS FOUND:
No further draws take place. The below Second Chance Draw and the Bonus Draw will not happen if a winner for the above $100,000 is found.

Second Chance Draw
A Second Chance Draw for $100,000 occurs at 9.15pm.
10 winners will be drawn to play the Colossus machine and will share in $100,000 CASH.
Cash prizes are split into 2 x $20,000, 4 x $10,000, 3 x $5000 and 2 x $2500.
Members have 14 Wednesdays prior to the Second Chance Draw to earn additional tickets.
Additional Second Chance Draw tickets can be earned in the below ways:
For every $20 spent (in one transaction) at Kelly’s Café, Kelly’s Brasserie, The Ming, The Diner and all Panthers Bars every Wednesday between 6am and 6.55pm.
For every $20 spent on Raffle tickets (in one transaction) every Wednesday between 1pm and 2pm.
Swipe membership card through the Kiosks every Wednesday between 9am and 6.55pm. (Members can earn an extra 14 tickets if they swipe every Wednesday).
Members must keep their tickets and on Major Draw day place them in the Second Chance Draw barrel.
To help keep tickets safe, complimentary ticket wallets are available from the Membership Centre or Promotions Desk. No reprints of tickets will occur.
The barrel will be located at the Promotions Desk on the Major Draw day only. It will open at 9am and close at 7pm.
Bonus Draw
To reward those who have earned a lot of tickets a Bonus Draw for $5000 will occur after the Second Chance Draw.
To enter, members must collect 30 tickets and register for a Gold Wallet at the Membership Centre.
There is no limit to how many Gold Wallets a member can earn, ie 60 tickets means they are eligible for two Gold Wallets (two entries).
5 x Gold Wallet winners will be drawn, each receiving $1000 cash.
On Major Draw day members must:
Place their Second Chance Draw tickets into the barrel before 7pm

The promotion operates every
Wednesday from 6 December 2017 to 7 March 2018.
3.
The promotion is open to full financi
al members of the Club excludes Social members, Directors,
Management, Staff, contractors and their employees of the Club and related companies.
4.
The promotion comprises of a 10 draws
every Wednesday between 7&
9pm
from the barrel located in
Panthers Penrith
for the chance
pull the handle of Colossus to win a prize.
5.
Every
spins wins a prize. There are 10 prizes on Colossus.
6.
Prizes are numbered 1 to 10 on Colossus and each prize can only be won once.
7.
All draws are held at the Panthers Penrith premises (123 Mu
lgoa Road, Penrith 2750). 10 members will
be drawn from the barrel
every Wednesday between 7pm&9pm.
8.
All 10
winners will need to present themselves to the
host in the promotions within 4 minutes of being
called over the clubs PA system.
9.
It is the responsibi
lity of members to be in an area of the Panthers Penrith premises where they can hear
draw announcements.
10.
A member must personally present their full financial membership card to the promotion host within four
(4) minutes of the announcement to claim any p
rize.
11.
All draws will be announced on the PA system at the Panthers Penrith premises.
12.
The barrel will be emptied after each draw, at the conclusion of the
weekly
prize draw.
13.
Members must be present to win.
14.
Once a ticket has been drawn from the barrel it
cannot be put back in the barrel.

The Club collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose,
disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers,
pr
ize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this
information. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Club. All
entries become the property of the Club.
18.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
determine the identity of the entrant.
19.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
antici
pated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Club, the Club reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authori
ty, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
20.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Club (including its officers, employees and
agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal inju
ry; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of
the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties
or equ
ipment malfunction (whether or not under the Club
’
s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or
third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected
(whether or not after their receipt by the Club)
due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Club; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
21.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this
promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
22.
Entry is open to New South Wales residents aged 18 years or over who are fully financial me
mbers of the
Club including proposed members and excluding barred/suspended, Directors, management and
employees of the Club and its related companies and its marketing agencies are not eligible to participate
in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for a
ny prize covered herein. Entrants acknowledge that the Club
is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to eligible entrants who are in violation of
this provision.
23.
The Club reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of ent
ries and entrants (including an entrant
’
s identity, age, membership status and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is
not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and
omissions ma
y be accepted at the Club's discretion. Failure by the Club to enforce any of its rights at any
stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
