Thispromotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
2. Entrants
Entryinto the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets theentry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.
Entryis open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
Employeesof Bluemouth Interactive and associated companies and their immediate familiesand any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
Ifan Eligible Entrant is under the age of 18, they must obtain consent from theirparent or legal guardian before entering the promotion.
3. Time Frame
Entriesfor the promotion may be submitted from 4pm (AEST) on 22/12/17 until 6pm (AEST)on 5/1/18 (Promotion Period).

FollowBluemouth Interactive on Twitter and provide an original and unique answer to the question relating to the photo.

FollowBluemouth Interactive on Instagram and provide an original and unique answer to the question relating to the photo.
Entrantsmay only enter this competition once and must enter in their own name. The Promoteris not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late,incomplete or misdirected entries.
Thetime of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by thePromoter.
ThePromoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (includingan entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify anyentrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms andConditions or tampers with the entry process.
Failureby the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute awaiver of those rights.
5. Determination of Winners
Thispromotion is a game of skill and Winners will be selected based on the creativityof their answer.
ThePromoter reserves the right to exclude single character words such as "I" and "a" from the total word count.
Allvalid entries received between 4pm (AEST) on 22/12/17 and 6pm (AEST) on 5/1/18 willbe judged.
Totalprize pool valued at $884.90 as of 20/12/17.
Therewill be a total of 1 Winner. The result of the selection is final and no correspondencewill be entered into.
6. Notification of the Winner
ThePromoter will attempt to notify the winner within two business days of the selection.
Prizewinners name will be published on the Bluemouth Facebook page on 3/1/18. AllWinners will be advised via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. If the Promoter isunable to contact the winner after having made reasonable efforts to do sousing the information provided, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualifythe entry, in which case a winner will be selected.

8. Claiming the Prize.
PhotoIdentity will be required to claim the prize.
Aclear link between the account holder of the winning entry, and the person claimingto be the winner and the rightful owner of the account, must be demonstrated bythe claimant.
Ifa dispute as to the winner's identity arises, a Commonwealth statutory declaration(or relevant country-specific equivalent) must be signed in the presence of anauthorised witness to justify the claimed identity. Two persons may not claimownership of the one account. In such as case, the prize claim will be deemedinvalid to both winners and a re-draw performed.
9. Limitation of liability and variation of promotion
Ifthis promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of beingconducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonablecontrol of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties,unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right (subject toany applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion andthese Terms and Conditions.
