Participation in the BlackVue give-away promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Entry is open to all retail customers that purchase a BlackVue Australia Dash Camera (“Product”) at RRP or as part of an authorised promotional offering, from an authorised BlackVue Australia retailer/re-seller within the promotion dates.
BlackVue Accessories do not count as a Dash Camera Product and will not yield an entry into the competition.
The Promotion commences on Friday, 1st December 2017 at 5am (WST) and closes on Wednesday, 31st January 2018 at 11:59pm (WST).
To enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase any BlackVue Dash Camera Product from an authorised BlackVue Australia (Auto BlackBox Pty Ltd) retailer/re-seller. And complete the online entry form at
www.blackvue.com.au/holidays; including their name, address, daytime telephone number, email address and invoice number and submit the online form correctly.
One entry per single BlackVue Dash Camera transaction. Customers may enter as many as times as they purchase a single BlackVue Dash Camera unit that complies with the terms of this Promotion.
There are forty one (41) total prizes. One (1) main prize valued at ten thousand dollars ($10000), and forty (40) runner-up prizes valued at a total of eleven thousand eight hundred and eighty dollars ($11,880).
The total value of all prizes is twenty one thousand eight hundred and eighty dollars ($21,880) RRP.
Prizes are non-transferable and only the grand prize can be redeemed for cash.

The Prize/s will be drawn at AUTO BLACKBOX PTY LTD, 5/43 Hutton St, Osborne Park WA, 6017 on Monday 19th Feb 2018 at the time of 3PM (WST).
Winners will be notified by phone within two (2) working days of the Draw (“Winners”).
Winners will be notified by email within three (3) working days of the Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to request Winners provide suitable identification and a copy of their receipt from the authorised place of purchase to awarding a Prize.
If a Winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s parent or guardian on the Winners behalf.

The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at AUTO BLACKBOX PTY LTD, 5/43 Hutton St, Osborne Park WA, 6017 on Monday 21st May 2018 at the time of 3PM (WST).
Unclaimed prize winner’s will be notified by phone within two (2) working days of the Draw.
Unclaimed prize winner’s will be notified by email within five (5) working days of the Draw.
Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
The prize values are correct at the date of publishing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a change in the value of the prizes between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is claimed.
The main prize will be transferred to the Winner in the form of a ten thousand dollar ($10000) travel credit to be used at a local Flight Centre branch, in the Winners state and city.
If the Winner opts to take the alternative prize of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7500) cash, an officially issued Bank Cheque will be sent to the Winner via Registered Australia Post within seven (7) working days of the Draw.
The Runner-up Prize of ten (10) BlackVue DR750S-2CH cameras includes a standard 16GB SD card with each camera, and each camera will be in sealed factory condition. The Prize will be shipped to the Winner’s at the cost of the Promoter via Australia Standard Post or TOLL Overnight Express, to any location Australia wide within seven (7) working days of the Draw. This prize does not include professional installation or any other associated costs the Winner may decide to pay to use the Product.
The Runner-up Prize of twenty (20) two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) Coles & Myer Gift Cards includes a standard issued gift-card which the Promoter will source from a local authorised agent of the Coles & Myer Group. The Gift Card will be shipped to the Winner’s at the cost of the Promoter and will be shipped within seven (7) working days of the Draw.
The Runner-up Prize of ten (10) BlackVue 64GB SD Cards valued at eighty nine dollars each RRP ($89), includes a micro SD card and memory adapter to be provided by the Promoter and authorised by the Sole BlackVue Distributor: AUTO BLACKBOX P/L, to be compatible with BlackVue Dash Cameras. If BlackVue SD Cards are not available an alternative model SD card of equal quality and performance will be provided to the Winners. The SD Cards will be sent to the Winners at the cost of the Promoter and will be shipped within seven (7) working days of the Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for Prizes and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.
Subject to the relevant state and territory regulations the Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, terminate or recommence the Promotion if (i) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (ii) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (iii) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control.
Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter and/or Franchisees for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
The personal details of all entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
