1. These terms and conditions apply to the “Home Again” Competition ("Promotion"). The Promoter is Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, 36-48 Ashford Avenue, Milperra, NSW, 2214.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. 3. Entry is only open to persons who order or purchase “Home Again” on DVD or Blu-ray (Cat#83425SDG, 83425SBG) during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Persons”) at any Sanity store or online at sanity.com.au.
4. Employees of Sanity Entertainment and its associated retail brands, fulfilment partners and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
5. 5. The Promotion commences 08:30am AEDT on 08/01/2018 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 23/01/2018. (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected.
6. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, order or purchase “Home Again” on DVD or Blu-ray (Cat#83425SDG, 83425SBG) at any Sanity store or online at sanity.com.au, then on the competition page they must enter their full name, address, store receipt number OR 16 digit order confirmation number, and a 25 words or less answer to the question “Where is your home away from home & why?” Only one entry is valid per person per purchase. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries will not be eligible to be considered for the Prize. Please note entry is open to Australian residents only.
7. Our judges will collect the entries once the Promotion has been completed and select the winners based on the merit of the answers received, with creativity and originality taken into consideration. The winners will be contacted by 30/01/2018 and have their name published here

9. Prize redemption conditions:
· Dates of travel must be confirmed within 90 days of promotion end.
· Prize is valid for redemption 12 months of promotion end.
· Prize is subject to booking availability.
· Prize must not be taken within any Australian school or public holidays.
· No part of this prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable.
· Should any part of the QT Port Douglas experience but not be available, all attempts will be made to replace with an experience or item of equal value.
10. The prize will be awarded in the form of a travel voucher and email itinerary, and will be delivered via email to the winner's address, provided within 90 days of the competition closing date, once travel names / dates have been confirmed and provided by the winner, and agreed upon by the prize supplier.
11. All ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize, including insurance, food and beverage costs, spending money, additional transport / transfers, taxes of any kind or any other expenses, are not included in the Prize and are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
12. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the Winner does not use the entire value of the Prize on the Prize Date they will forfeit the remaining amount and cash will not be awarded in lieu.
13. If a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to substitute a Prize with an item of equal or greater value.
14. If any winner is under 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who must sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in favour of the Promoter in respect of their child's redemption and use of the Prize in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion
15. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. Sanity reserves the right to amend or alter this Promotion at any time, without prior notice.
