Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 16 years and over and customers of Optus. Entrants must be available to travel 3-7 April 2018. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) visit optusperks.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit
the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address and
mobile number) and Optus Mobile Phone Number or Account Number (1 entry) (“Initial Entry”); and
b) (Optional – Bonus Entry Method- only available to Optus pre-paid & post-paid mobile customers with a My Optus App compatible mobile device) download and open/use the My Optus App (or if already
downloaded, simply open/use the My Optus App) on their compatible mobile phone device during the Promotional Period to gain 10 bonus entries into the Promotion. The mobile phone used must be linked to the mobile phone number entered in the entry form referenced in (a) above.
Entries permitted:
Maximum of eleven (11) entries permitted per person: (a) only one (1) Initial Entry per person will be accepted; and (b) each entrant is entitled to a maximum of ten (10) bonus entries by completing the bonus optional entry method indicated above. The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.

Prize Description

The winning customer must be available to travel on the dates specified (3 April 2018 - 7 April 2018) due to the Commonwealth Games event timings. A winner under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the prize.

a winner is unavailable on unwilling to travel on the aforementioned date/s required by the Promoter to coincide with this event, they will forfeit their right to the Prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
• The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
• Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
• Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from
