Competition Terms and Conditions (Game of Skill)
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
All entrants must be over the age of 18 years.
The promotion commences on 8th Feb 2018 and entries close on the 18th March 2018 at 11:59PM.
To enter, the entrant must upload and submit the link to a video posted on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter showing people playing Sing Pong.
An entrant must complete all of the details on the entry form and submit your video (which meets the technical requirements set out below) during the competition period.
The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
We will not consider entries that don't comply with these Terms and Conditions or which are received after the promotion has ended. We are not responsible for entries that are not received, no matter what the reason.
The prize is an iPhone X.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Judging will be performed at 2pm on 19th March 2018
Winner/s will be notified by telephone and/or email, using the contact details submitted with the entry. Each Winner will need to contact us within 10 business days of notification to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed by the winner, that winner will forfeit the prize. If a prize is forfeited by a winner (for any reason), the next best entry will be deemed the winner ("Replacement Winner") and we will repeat the process until the prize is claimed. We are not responsible for any failure to contact the winner or any failure or inability on the part of any winner to claim a prize.
The winner should allow 28 days for the prize to be delivered. The prize will be posted via registered post to the address given by the winner when the entered the competition. We are not responsible if the prize is not received.
We may, in its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries by an entrant invalid if:
the entrant cannot establish their entitlement to enter the promotion;
having won, cannot provide an address; or
submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants' details (including an entrant's identity, age and address). We may accept errors and omissions at its discretion. Failure to enforce any of our rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The entrant warrants that their video is original content created by the entrant or content that the entrant has express permission to use. The entrant warrants that their video does not contain any material that infringes the rights (including the reputation, privacy, copyright and other intellectual property rights) of any other person.
The entrant warrants that they have obtained the express consent of any identifiable person appearing in their video, and their express consent for the video to be submitted under these Competition Terms and Conditions for this Competition.
We collect personal information in order to conduct this promotion. It is a condition of entry that entrants provide the personal information requested and consent to the use of their personal information as specified in these Terms and Conditions. If an entrant does not provide the information and consent required, that entrant's entry will be invalid. We may, for an indefinite period, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
We will collect and store all personal information in accordance with all applicable laws.
Upon submitting your video, you grant to us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free licence (including the right to sub-licence) to use, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, display, make derivative works from, and otherwise use the Entry video at our own discretion for any purpose, including without limitation future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media throughout the world, without compensation. The entrant waives all moral rights they may have in the video.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will mean all entries submitted by that entrant are invalid.
