Last summer Club Taree partnered with Robert Oatley wines to celebrate summer by giving one of our members an amazing Hamilton Island getaway. We are doing it again.
Win three nights for two people on Hamilton Island thanks to Robert Oatley wines and a $500 travel Voucher thanks to Club Taree.
Simply purchase any participating Robert Oatley Wine products from any of our outlets from 1st December 2017 through until the 27th March 2018. Fill in an entry form and place it in the barrel. Then be here on Wednesday 28th March 2018 from 7pm for the giveaway draw. The winner must be present at the time of the draw with their current membership card to be eligible to win.
The prize will be redrawn until a qualifying winner is present and meets the terms and conditions of the promotion. Full Terms and Conditions are available on our website or at Club Taree Reception.

WIN a Hamilton Island holiday with Robert Oatley Vineyards
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these
conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to all NSW residents. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Employees and
their immediate families of: (i) the Promoter; and (ii) any agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 00.01 AEST on Friday 1
st December, 2017 and closes at
23.59 AEST on Tuesday 27th March, 2018 (“Promotional Period”). Entries must be received
during the Promotional Period to be valid. Entries received after 23.59 AEST on Tuesday
27th March, 2018 will not be accepted.
4. To enter, simply purchase a participating Robert Oatley Vineyards Distributed wine here.
Participating products include Wild Oats, Pocketwatch and Bremerton. Limited of one (1)
entry per person per day
5. Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the competition.
6. Place your completed entry form into the entry box provided during the Promotional Period
to be placed in the draw. Limit of one entry per participating product purchase applies.
Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final.
7. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate
information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or
telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then
the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority)
modify the promotion.
8. The prize draw will take place at the Club Taree, 121 Wingham Road, Taree NSW 2430. The
first valid entry drawn within the Promotional Period will receive the prize.
9. The prize consists of a trip for two (2) adults to Hamilton Island, Queensland, including
three (3) nights’ accommodation at the four and a half star rated Coral Seaview Room at
the Reef View Hotel, breakfast daily, Airport to Reef Hotel transfers and unlimited access to
the island shuttle service. Total maximum RRP value of this prize = AUD $1800.00. All
taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize is the
sole responsibility of the winner. This prize is only valid to be taken within these specified
dates 28/03/2018 – 28/03/2019. Club Taree will also provide a $500 Travel Voucher for
the winner. Club Taree will provide air travel to the value of $500 if the winner is present at
the draw from 19.00 on 01/03/2017. The winner must be present at the draw. If the winner
is not present they will forfeit the prize. The draw will continue to take place until a winner

onsite is found. The winner has 4 minutes to make themselves known to the Club Taree
Representative with their membership card to win.
10. The winner will be notified via mail within two (2) business days of the draw via telephone
and email. The winner will also be published on the Club Taree website
www.clubtaree.com.au within 3 working days of the draw.
11. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is
final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be
deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
12. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control,
the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written
directions from the various lottery authorities.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even
if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this
promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and
conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By
entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and
agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that
may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or
payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal
