Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry
Listeners will be invited via on-air commercials to visit their respective station website (as outlined above in Item 4) and complete the online entry form by providing their contact details and by stating in 25 words or less ‘What was your WIN-WIN moment?’
On the dedicated WIN page, users will need to successfully complete the standard entry fields for an entry to be deemed valid, including but not limited to - name, date of birth, postal address, suburb, postcode, contact number and email address.
Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select up to five (5) entries it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified and share their story/entry on air.
If the relevant entrant’s story is shared on air between Monday 19th February 2018 and Friday 23rd February 2018, they will be deemed the winner for that day and will receive a prize.
Listeners may enter as many times as they wish, however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the question ‘What was your WIN-WIN moment?’
Entrants may only win one prize each per household.

Entries will be judged on the level of creativity, originality, humour and suitability for on-air.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Judging will commence from 12 midday (AEDST) on Thursday 15th February 2018 and finish by 10:30am (AEDST) on Wednesday 21st February 2018 at Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood Street, Richmond VIC 3121.
All winners will be notified by phone and in writing via email by no later than 5pm AEDST on Friday 23rd February 2018.
The prize money will be deposited into the winners nominated bank and the charity’s nominated bank account via an EFT transaction within 90 days of winning.
By entering the promotion all entrants give permission for the 3PM Pick Up to highlight their entry on air and on station socials.
Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use material submitted as part of their entry for promotional and marketing purposes across all media.
Entrants must not submit any material which is obscene or otherwise inappropriate.
Entrants acknowledge that the charity portion of prizes will be donated to their nominated charity (as set out in Prize Details) on their behalf directly from the station. The winner will receive no cash for this portion of the prize.
