3. By entering the Win with Edible Blooms & Kinnon promotioon, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

Entry to competition is open across Australia; excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies.
5. Entrants must include their name and email address and entries must be received by the Promoter by the close of business on the specified closing date.
6. Entrants agree that entry into this competition includes being added to both Kinnon and Edible Bloom’s mailing list.
7. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
8. The competition will commence on Tuesday 20 March at 11:00am
and close on Monday 26 March at 10:00am ADST.9. The competition will be drawn at 84 Ruskin Street Elwood at 2:00pm on Monday 26 March 2018 and the winners will be announced via this page and notified on this day via email. If the winner does not wish to accept the prize they will need to inform us immediately and we will re-draw the prize.
10. The judges' decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The competition winner(s) will be selected at random.

Total retail prize value is 3 x prize packs at RRP $509 each including of 1 x Kinnon gift card to shop online at kinnon.com.au valued at $450 and 1 x Edible Blooms Easter Bouquet valued at $59. One of the three winners selected randomly will receive a bonus AUD$250 gift card to spend online at kinnon.com.au if they are also following @kinnonaus and @edibleblooms on Instagram.13. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner(s).
14. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
15. Prize winners are advised that tax or duty implications may arise from their prize winning and may wish to seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
16. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
17. All prize winners agree to the use of their name for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prize from the date the winner is drawn. Prizes will be sent to delivery address provided by the winner(s). The Promoter and prize suppliers will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit
