1. This prize draw is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Digital Quarter Pty Ltd and its group companies (“Promoter”), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.  It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.  The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entries must be submitted via any of the following routes:

There is no restriction on the number of entries an entrant may submit but an entrant must tag at least one unique party per posted entry.

4. The Digital Quarter Pty Ltd Star Holiday Promotion will open on May 1, 2018 and conclude on May 31, 2018. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.  The winner will be announced on social media with 72 hours of the competition closing.

5. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on 31 May 2018. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

6. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by via social media within 72 hours of the competition closing. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner within 24 hours of notification or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.

8. One winning entrant will win a $2,000 AUD Flight Centre gift card which must be redeemed via any of the Flight Centre’s network of Australian stores against a Flight Centre holiday for two people to the Gold Coast, Staying at The Star Casion Hotel. All travel must be arranged and organised by the winner through Flight Centre.

9. The prize must be taken as one package.

10. The prize does not include travel to and from airports or incidental costs. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they and their guest have valid insurance for their trip.

11. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize are not transferable. The prize is subject to availability. The promotor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. The winner will be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Digital Quarter Pty Ltd. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to supply Digital Quarter Pty Ltd with a video between one and two minutes in length, showing the winner receiving and or enjoying the competition prize for use on Digital Quarter’s social media channels and platforms.

13. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
