1. Entry is only open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, and their families, of the Promoter, Winston Hills Mall ("Centre") retailers, or agencies and companies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.
2. The promotional period commences 26/04/2018 at 10.30am and will close 13/05/2018 at 4:00pm.
3. To enter this promotion, customers of Winston Hills Mall must spend a minimum of $20 at any store within the centre. The customer must then scan the QR code in store and enter via our ‘Winston Hills Mall App’ during the promotional period.
4. The prizes will be awarded using a randomised electronic scratch card game within the Winston Hills Mall App.
5. The Winston Hills Mall App and electronic scratch card game have been developed by Norbit Software Pty. Ltd. Suite 21, Level 4, Kyabra Street, Newstead, QLD, Australia, 4006.
6. The prizes can be won at any time in a completely random manner during the promotional period.
7. All entrants have an equal chance of winning a prize.
8. Once the customer has scratched the electronic scratch card, they will be immediately notified if they are an instant winner of a mini prize or have won an entry to the major prize draw from the prize pool below.

10. The Minor Prize Pool is as follows:
a. Small Coffee at selected retailers within Winston Hills Mall (Total of 250 to be won)
b. Winston Hills Mall Jute Tote Bag (Total of 300 to be won)
c. Mother’s Day Toffee Box (Total of 250 to be won)
11. Total prize pool for this promotion is $9,048.35.
12. Each entrant may only win one major prize during the promotional period. There is no limit on the number of minor prizes an entrant can win.
13. Customers must retain valid receipts as proof of purchase for all scratch card entries they have completed in the system (not just winning scratch card entries).
14. If the entrant is a winner of an instant minor prize, they must attend the Centre Management Office at Winston Hills Mall to claim their prize prior to 13/08/2018 (3 months after the promotional period ends). If the entrant is a winner of the major prize draw, they must attend the Centre Management Office at Winston Hills Mall to draw a major prize prior to 13/08/2018 (3 months after the promotional period ends. Appropriate identification and proof of purchase must be provided, and the terms of this promotion must be met to claim a prize.
15. If any major prize remains unclaimed after this date, a redraw will take place from the original entrants who participated in the promotion.
16. At the end of the promotion, all existing claims for prizes will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
17. Any technical errors within the electronic scratch card software which are outside of the control of the entrant will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
18. All major prize winners will be published on
www.WinstonHillsMall.com.au on Monday 14th May 2018.
19. The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
20. The prizes must be taken in as is condition and if any problems arise in the future, the customer needs to liaise directly with the retailer who supplied the item.
21. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prize and these Conditions of Entry, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in NSW where relevant.
23. The Promoter, and agencies and companies associated with the promotion, will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may enter personal information (i.e. names, addresses, emails and other similar information) relating to each entrant into a database used for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
