This Promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is run by Performance Distribution, with its main place of business at 16A Tarndale Grove, Albany, Auckland 0632.
By entering this Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions which will be binding between you and Braven Audio. Your participation in the Promotion is in consideration for Braven Audio allowing you to enter it and giving you the opportunity to win.
No purchase is necessary in order to enter the Promotion. There is no fee charged to enter into this Promotion other than the cost of you accessing the Internet which you would otherwise have.
You must be over the age of 18 and a resident of Australia or New Zealand. Employees of Braven Audio, Performance Distribution, immediate families any business partner associated with the running of this Promotion or any of their group companies are not eligible to enter or participate.
The Promotion commences on Thursday, 10 May 2018 at 5PM AEST and concludes on Friday, 15 June 2018 at 11:59PM AEST (“Promotion Period”). Entrants may submit one entry to the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Any entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid and ineligible to enter the Promotion.
In order to enter the Promotion, entrants must:
- Go to the Promotion page during the Promotion Period; provide their name and email address; sign up to the Braven Audio Mailing List; and in 25 words or less describe where they would take their new Burton x Braven gear on their first adventure this seaon.
- One winner will be chosen by a judge through a selection process to determine the best or most skilful entry.
Each entrant warrants to Braven Audio that each comment and any other contents submitted in their entry is an original creative work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Entries that contain prohibited or inappropriate content, or are otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to win.
The winner will receive a prize pack with the retail value of $2001.38 NZD. The following items are included and cannot be transferred for any other items: (1) x Braven Signature Headphones $349.95 NZD RRP; (1) x Braven Ready Pro Wireless Speaker $269.95 NZD RRP; (1) x Burton Process Flying V Snowboard $731.49 NZD RRP; (1) x Buron Mission EST Boots $649.99 NZD RRP.
Any images used to promote the Prizes are for information only. There is no cash alternative instead of the Prize. All additional expenses including but not limited to food and drink, travel, travel insurance, personal and transport expenses, transfers, all taxes and any incidental expenses in conjunction with the giveaway are not included in the Prize and are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
The Winner of the prize will be selected by a judge through a selection process within (24) hours of the end of the promotion. If the Winner does not respond within (48) hours the prize will be redrawn at random until a winner is formed.
