This competition (the “PROMOTION”) is conducted by Molly's Cradle Wines Pty Ltd. ABN is 25 111 696 005, 1 Jubliee Av, Warriewood, NSW, 2039 (the “PROMOTER”).

This Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below "Terms and Conditions".

Who can enter?
Entry is only available to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older.

6. Entrants must complete the online entry form found on the mollyscradle.com.au Competition page and fill in all required fields.

The Prize
The prize (the "PRIZE") is a "Wine Backpack Cooler Bag Package" which consists of a Molly's Cradle Wines' branded backpack cooler bag containing seven (7) bottles of Molly's Cradle Wines (Chardonnay, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Premium NV Brut, Shiraz Rosé, Merlot and Shiraz), and a Winebar Shiraz Infused Dark Chocolate.

Terms and Conditions

1. There is one of three Prizes to be won. There will be three (3) winners in total, each receiving one (1) prize

2. Each Prize is worth approximately $220 (AUD), with a total prize pool of approximately $660 (AUD).

3. The Prize is offered by Molly’s Cradle Wines Pty Ltd (the “PROMOTER”).

4. The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants (the “ENTRANTS”), being individuals who are:

a) only residents within Australia

b) over the age of 18

c) not an employee or immediate family member (this includes a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling whether natural or by adoption) of an employee of the Promoter and their related entities.

5. All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

6. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges). It is the entrants' responsibility to ensure all details are full and correct before submitting their entry form.

7. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are a winner.

8. Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disregarded. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters.

9. The Promotion commences at 9:00am, (AEDST) on Tuesday 5th June 2018 and closes at 12:00pm on Friday 29th June 2018. Winner will be drawn on Monday 2nd July 2018 at Molly's Cradle Wines (ABN 25 111 696 005) 1 Jubliee Avenue, Warriewood NSW 2102 at 10am. The winners of the Prize will be chosen at random.



10. Notification and claiming the Prize. Following the Prize draw, the winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided by the Entrants within 2 days of the draw. The winning Entrants have 48 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed by the any or all of the winning Entrants within this time frame, the Prize will be redrawn and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prize.



11. The Redemption Date for the Wine Package is 27/06/2018. The Prize must be redeemed in full no later than this date or the Prize is forfeited in full.

12. This Prize will be deemed fully used once has been successfully delivered to the winner.

13. The delivery of the Wine Cooler Bag Package to the winner is free of any charge.

14. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.

15. Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person, including employees of Molly’s Cradle Wines.

16. The Prize is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

18. Proof of age and residency may be required to claim the prize and is at the discretion of the Promoter.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.

20. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition in accordance with all state and territory regulations.


21. The Promoter may use information it collects in relation to you, to provide you with information regarding further offers, promotions or goods and services provided by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s partners and sponsors. To remove your information from the Promoter’s records, send an email to info@emmaandtom.com with your name, phone number and your request to cancel the Service.

22. The Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries occurring in relation to the conduct of the Promotion.

General Terms and Conditions

1) Molly’s Cradle Wines Pty Ltd collects claimants’/entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the claimant/entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. Molly’s Cradle Wines Pty Ltd will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to Molly’s Cradle Wines Pty Ltd for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Privacy Officer of Molly’s Cradle Wines Pty Ltd.
