TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOT100 and TIO’s Right Tool for the Job
The following terms and conditions apply for the Grant Broadcasters HOT100’s
Right Tool for the Job promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters Network
General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions
will prevail.
Participating Station: Hot100
1. DURATION
Midnight Monday 21 May to Midnight Sunday 17 June 2018.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
All small business ABN holders will be invited to enter HOT100’s Right Tool for the
Job via
www.hot100fm.com.au/win/tios-the-right-tool-for-the-job webpage.
3. PRIZE
$5,000 including GST Total Tools shopping spree on all Makita tools and accessories in
stock at Total Tools Darwin at the time.
-Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
-Prize contents or description may change at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters.
-Shopping spree will take place within 4 weeks of the winner announcement draw.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
One contestant will be randomly selected by the breakfast team (Sarah & Taz) as the
winner.
5. NOTIFICATION
The winner will be announced on air during the hot Breakfast with Sarah & Taz Monday
June 18 2018. The winning contestant will be contacted by a station representative off
air to gather information.
6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS against, all
liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in
the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage
to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act
or omission or otherwise.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Employees and their immediate families of Hot 100, TIO and Total Tools are ineligible to
enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and
participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winner’s announcement a
breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS
Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest entres from the
competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of
a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
9. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Entrants must be over 16 years of age or older.
