The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion.
Segment will run a total of four (4) times over the Competition period. Dates will be at the Promoters discretion and may vary from week to week.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
Entries must not contain information which is obscene, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion).
Entrants must have a valid Australian bank account in order to take the prize.
During the Competition Period:
listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials and digital posts to visit the Station Website/s or willandwoody.com.au and complete the online entry form by providing their contact details and by stating in 25 words or less “What gets you hot under the collar?” within the time period specified on each day;
each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the two (2) entries per day it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified (in its absolute discretion, based on the Judging Criteria). The Station will then contact the relevant entrant to invite them on air to take part in Will & Woody’s Roasting segment. They may be invited to tell their story on-air;
Will & Woody will take turns to give each other a good old “roasting”. Will & Woody will be hooked up to blood pressure, heart rate and/or body temperature machines (machine used will be at the Promoters discretion and may vary between segments) while they are put through the roasting, so we can really see how “hot” under the collar they really get.
Will & Woody be playing for one listener each (determined at the promoter’s discretion) and whoever out of Will & Woody keeps their calm the best (as determined by the Promoter) each week will be deemed the winner for that day and will win the Prize for their registered entrant on the line. Promoters decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered.
If the Entrant does not pick up the phone within 5 rings or the phone goes to message bank, the entrant will be disqualified, and Will & Woody will go to the next registered entrant deemed the best.
At the
broadcast live to air, or may be pre-recorded off air, ready to be broadcast on air at a later time.

The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and
contain a different answer to the question “What get’s you hot under the collar”. Entrants may only win one prize each.
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour and suitability for radio.
There are up to four (4) prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize:
Cash valued at up to $1,000AUD
Harris Coffee Rescue Pack valued up to $100AUD
Up to $4,400 inc GST
Winners will be notified:
- on air at the time of winning
Prize/s must be claimed by 5:00pm AEST on Thursday 27th September 2018 otherwise they will forfeit the Prize.
The prize/s will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail OR The prize/s will be available for collection by the winner from the Station. The Station will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost or mishandled post packs and will not replace lost or damaged items sent via post.
The prize money will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
