HOW TO ENTER:
Collect your entry tickets with every daily $15 spend on the Bar, $30 spend at the Watergrill, $30 spend on Bingo or Raffles, or $30 spend on Gift Cards, placing them in the marked entry barrel.
HOW TO WIN:
Each Friday at 7:30pm during the promotional period tickets will be drawn from the barrel until 2 members present.
These 2 members will pick from 2 boxes, with the first member drawn choosing first. One box contains a key, the other contains $500 cash. Both boxes are opened at the same time.
Members who select the key box will become a Key Finalist – on the Final Draw Night, these Key Finalists will each be randomly given a key to try & unlock our Audi A1. The successful key will be the winner!
The other 9 finalists receive consolation prizes each to the value of $250.

Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be
bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. The promotion is open to financial 2018 Cronulla RSL members.
3. Entry is open to residents of NSW who are 18 years and over and who are current full financial members of
Cronulla RSL. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and venues associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Social members, Directors and Employees of The Club and related
companies are excluded from entering this promotion. Entrants acknowledge that the Club is not liable for
reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to eligible entrants who are in violation of this provision.
4. To enter, the Cronulla RSL member will be issued with a ticket for the following:
a) Every $15 accumulated daily spend at Cronulla RSL beverage outlets – redeemable at POS till
b) Every $30 accumulated daily spend at Watergrill restaurant – redeemable at POS till
c) Every $30 accumulated daily spend at Cronulla RSL raffle & bingo outlets – redeemable at POS till
d) Every $30 daily spend at Cronulla RSL on Gift Cards – redeemable from Reception via receipt
e) Each ticket must then be placed in the marked barrel prior to 7.29pm on each Friday draw night
5. The promotion commences at 10am on Monday 21st May 2018 and closes at 7.29pm on Friday the 27th July
2018. (“Promotional Period”).
6. A prize draw will take place at 9pm on Friday 28th July 2018 Cronulla RSL Memorial Club, 38 Gerrale Street,
Cronulla, NSW 2230 and announced over the public address system.
7. Each Friday between 21/5/18 and 27/7/18 inclusive a draw will take place from 7.30pm for 2 winners
8. Mechanics of the Friday draws
a) Each week on Friday from 7.30pm tickets will be drawn from the barrel
b) The 2 winners present will get to pick from 2 boxes
c) In one box there will be a key & the other will have $500 cash
d) The first winner gets to choose the first box, and the second winner gets the remaining box. They both
open their boxes at the same time.
e) The physical keys and cash will not be in the boxes, rather a description of the prize. E.g. “KEY” and
$500 CASH”
f) A ticket (or tickets) will be drawn once every 4 minutes until 2 pres
11. Any current financial member with a valid entry ticket who is drawn out of the barrel has 4 minutes to present
themselves along with their 2018 membership card and photo identification to the prize draw location.
12. Once a ticket has been drawn from the barrel it cannot be put back into the barrel. Members can have
multiple entries into the draw and multiple chances to become a finalist.
13. The 10 members who are drawn on the night will be invited to select a numbered suitcase (1 to 10) which
will all have a Audi key, 1 correct winning key and 9 replica keys which are runners up.
14. Final Car Draw Mechanics
a) On the final draw night there will be 1 more draw of the Key and then $1000 from 7.30pm
b) The second change draw mechanics will again come into play if there is not 2 winners present after 10
draws.
c) After we have 10 key finalists chosen they will then choose a case with 1 of 10 identical Audi car keys
d) After we have 10 key finalists, they will each then pick a numbered ball out of a hat which will determine
which case they are allocated
e) The finalists will pick their number from the hat in the order they won their key. Therefore the finalists
of week 1 gets to choose their ball first and so on
f) Once each finalist has a case, they will open them in order of their week. Finalist from week 1 will open
their case first and try to unlock the car with their key.
g) They will then each try and unlock the car one by one in order of finalists until the correct key is found
h) The finalist with the key that opens the car is the winner
i) The other 9 finalists will receive 1 of 9 consolation prizes valued at $250
15. The ‘Win an Audi A1’ promotion must conclude no later than 11:59pm on Fri 27th July 2018
16. If we get to 11.59pm and we don’t have all ten finalists, we draw with the number of finalists that have
presented themselves. Non-winning keys will be removed to balance the number of finalists. E.g. If we have
8 finalists, there will be 1 winning key and 7 non-winning keys.
17. The member with the case containing the correct key will win the car. The nine remaining members will be
given a consolation prize each valued at $250 ($2,250 value).
18. Prize consists of an Audi A1 Sportsback (1.0 TFSI) Metallic Paint (Glacier White), Roof in Brilliant Black finish.

anthracite, partly polished. Technik Package; MMI Navigation Plus with 6.5 inch high resolution colour display
screen, single disc DVD player (mp3 compatible), 2 SDHC memory card readers (for up to 32 GB), voice
control system and 20 GB hard drive for music storage, Upgraded Audi Sound system valued at $40,788 RRP
drive away (excluding dealer discounts). Insurance and transfer costs are not included. The winner must
make arrangements to collect the vehicle from the venue.
19. Total prize pool for promotion is $48,038. Major Prize: 1 x Audi A1 Sportsback (1.0 TFSI) valued at $40,788.
Weekly Prizes: 10 x $500 cash prizes ($5000). Consolation Prizes: 9 x $250 ($2250)
20. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no
correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an
entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or
telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may
(where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the
promotion.
21. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a
prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any
other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of
the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who
provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or
who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner
in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter.
24. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may
include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and
conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this
promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may
use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may
access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy
