Participation in this raffle is restricted to residents of New South Wales. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians.
Prizes will be drawn on Saturday 11th August, at approximately 10:30pm at The Mai-Wel Group’s Celebrity Comedy Debate at Maitland Town Hall, 279 – 287 High Street, MAITLAND NSW 2320. Total prize pool is approximately $6,695.00. Individual tickets are $5.00 each.
First ticket drawn wins first prize of; $5,000 italktravel travel voucher for your next getaway, courtesy of italktravel (Maitland, Rutherford and The Junction). Bookings to be made through italktravel Maitland (409 High Street, Maitland NSW 2320), Rutherford (Shop T14A, Rutherford Marketplace, Cnr Alexandra Ave and Hillview Street, Rutherford NSW 2320) or The Junction (Cnr Kenrick & Union Streets, The Junction NSW 2291) within one (1) month of the draw. The Prize is neither non-transferable nor redeemable for cash.
The next ticket (1) drawn will win a TCL 55 inch television and Yamaha sound bar valued at $1,100.00, courtesy of Harvey Norman Maitland. The television and soundbar package is valid in accordance with the terms and conditions of Harvey Norman Maitland. The winner is responsible for delivery outside of the Hunter Valley region.
The next ticket (1) drawn will win a 6 month gym membership for Genesis Fitness Maitland, 7a/555 High Street, Maitland, valued at $595.00.
All vouchers and prizes must be used in accordance with their terms of use. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes, upon sufficient notice, can be collected from the Organiser or prizes will be sent via registered post to the winners.
Winners will be notified by telephone or mail within two days of the draw and published on the Mai-Wel Limited website,
www.maiwel.com.au, on Monday 13th August, 2018. Winners will also be published in The Maitland Mercury on Friday 17th August, 2018. If a prize is unclaimed by Friday 16th November, 2018, it shall be disposed of in accordance with instructions from the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing.
This raffle is being organised by, and conducted to benefit, Mai-Wel Limited (ABN 88 060 661 476, CFN 109 19). Mai-Wel Limited nominates Rachel Salmon (Events Coordinator) of 4/555 High Street, Maitland NSW 2320 to organise and conduct the raffle activity on behalf of the organisation and therefore this organiser is not eligible to win the prize/s. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of any ticket or ticket butt and eligibility of any participant to redeem a prize in this raffle. The Organiser can decide, at their sole discretion, which documents are considered suitable for establishing eligibility to enter the raffle or win a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, that winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organiser is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost or misdirected raffle entries.
