MAMAMAG COLOURING IN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. The promoter is Grizzle Design Pty Ltd (ABN 26 042 138 550) of PO Box 8018 North Road LPO Brighton East VIC 3187 (“the Promoter”), who is conducting the colouring in competition (“the Promotion”).
2. By applying to take part in the Promotion, applicants accept these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to apply, and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. All times and dates referenced throughout these Terms and Conditions are based on Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST) or Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”), when applicable in Victoria.
Applying to take part in the Promotion
4. Entries to join the Promotion can only be made between the dates published on the colouring in sheet (“the Application Period”).
5. Entries are only open to Victorian residents.
6. Entrants must have their child colour in the sheet and then fill out the requested details in full (Child’s name, Age, Parent’s name, Email, Address and Postcode) and post the sheet to PO Box 8018 North Road LPO Brighton East 3187 before the end of thePromotion period.
7. The winner will receive the prize as outlined on the colouring in sheet and will be contacted via email. They will receive their prize via post or email depending on the prize.
8. Children can only enter the Promotion once every month.
9. Previous month winners are welcome to enter again in future months and ill be eligible for winning again.
General
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
