Food Network is proud to partner with The Rocks for a month-long celebration of native Australian ingredients through food, drinks and masterclasses this September.
From delicate finger limes to perfectly smoked wallaby, rich cave-aged feta and kangaroo sirloin - Australian cuisine is unlike anything else. This September brings wild and wonderful flavours together with divine dishes, unique cocktails, exquisite desserts, cooking demonstrations and markets right to The Rocks.

The Prize
Food Network is giving you and five friends the opportunity to attend a native Australian masterclass at the underground bar in The Rocks, The Doss House, on Tuesday 25 September 2018 7.30 pm – 9.00 pm.
Cheese and Wine expert Claudia Bowman will captivate you in her showcase of an impressive selection of four Australian wines all paired perfectly with an Australian cheese and accompaniments in a fully interactive evening you will not want to miss.
This Masterclass includes a native cocktail on arrival (blackberry and lemon myrtle fizz or The Rock Sour), accompanied with nibbles, followed by a 70 minute presentation.
Tickets valued at $90 per person, with a total prize value of $540.
