Terms & Conditions
1. USER AGREEMENT
By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. ENTRANTS ELIGIBILITY
By entering, you accept these Terms and warrant that you are:
(a) thirteen (13) years of age, or above; and
(b) providing a valid email address/postal address (and phone number if requested); and
(c) a resident of Australia
3. UNAUTHORISED USE OF THE COMPETITION
An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the Promoter and any person associated with the Competition, and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible to enter.
4. PRIZE VALUE
The prize pool consists of one prize, consisting of:

Up to $100
Total prize pool valued at up to $180. Showbags must be collected onsite at the Royal Melbourne Show from the RASV Office. RASV must be provided with at least 24 hours’ notice of when the winner intends on attending the Show and collecting the showbags. The showbags will be selected at RASV’s discretion and based on availability
No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
5. LENGTH OF THE COMPETITION
The promotion is open between 12pm on Monday 3 September and 5pm on Monday 10 September. The winners will be randomly drawn and contacted by 5pm on Tuesday 11 September.
6. THE ENTRY PROCESS
By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions to enter the Competition form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participants will be entered into the competition upon completion of the entry form on the Royal Melbourne Show website.
The winners will be selected by random draw on Tuesday 11 September. If a winner does not respond to the Facebook comment/ message within 24 hours, a new winner will be drawn. The winners will be posted their tickets upon supplying a postal address via direct message to the Royal Melbourne Show Facebook.
7. THE COMPETITION & FACEBOOK
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to the RMS and not to Facebook. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
8. ABOUT THE PROMOTER

9. PRIVACY
Facebook policy may require competition promoters to display a message notifying users that their details and their friends’ details will be accessed.
The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria respects your privacy and will not use your personal details, or your friends’ personal details for any promotional purposes unless you request updates via the competition entry form.
Nor will The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria distribute your personal details, or your friends’ personal details to any third party.
