The competition opens at 00.01AM (AEST) on Monday the 10th of September 2018 (the “opening date”) and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday the 28th of September 2018 (the “closing date”).
The competition consists of 1 x major prize. To enter the promotion entrants must be an activated member of the Strandbags Loyalty Program and provide their name, email address and phone number and tell us in 25 words or less who you would take with you on this wonderful Sydney weekend and why on the entry page.

ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to Strandbags Loyalty members only, please ensure that your Loyalty account has been activated after signing up in order to be eligible.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian resident to be eligible to enter this competition.
Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee, or an immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, or any Designated Promotional Partner, their affiliated companies or their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the Designated Promotional Partner is the entity, contracted with the Promoter as a Promotional Partner.

Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and must be confirmed within 45 days of notification of winning prize. Travel must be completed within 6 months of winner notification of prize. Prize not valid between 14th December 2018 to the 14th January 2019 or over Australian Public or National holiday periods.
The cocktails at the Roosevelt will be limited to a $200 spend which will be sent to the winner via EFT. Winner will need to provide their bank account details. Please drink responsibly.
2 nights’ accommodation at the 4* Adina Town Hall, Sydney, this will consist of one two bedroom apartment. Winner will be required to produce credit card upon check in to hotel for incidentals. This is mandatory. Winner and all guests must be over 18 years of age.
The BakeClub Class must be booked between the hours of 9am-5pm on a Saturday or Sunday, depending on availability, for the maximum duration of 3.5 hours. Class to be held in the BakeClub kitchen in Rosebery, Sydney. Once the class has been booked, any cancellations within 1 week of the booking will be forfeited without any compensation. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods.
Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.

Any changes to the prize package made by the winner will be subject to a $250 excluding GST administration fee.
The Prize Winner and their chosen guests must travel together and share the same itinerary. Any additional costs not included in the original prize are to be at the winners expense, including meals, extending or upgrading and any other expenses not specifically set forth herein.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize Winner does not take a component of the Prize, that component will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that component of the Prize.
DRAW INFORMATION:
The draw will take place within 5 business days of the closing date at the Strandbags Group Pty Limited offices, Level 1, 2 Minna Close, Belrose NSW 2085.
The Promoter will, at its discretion, select the best answer based upon originality, creativity, and adherence to the word limit. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each entry must be the entrant’s original work. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter making copies of the whole or any part of their entry and otherwise exploiting the entry to publicise the Promotion or for any other purposes and undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not, and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
Entries that in the Promoter’s opinion are offensive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate or that infringe any third party rights will be invalid.
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of judging and can claim prizes by contacting the Promoter by email, phone or post.
Winner will be published on the website (Strandbags.com.au) no later than the 9th of October 2018.
Should any prize be unclaimed 5 business days after winner notification, a new winner or winners will be selected, in accordance with the above procedure.
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of the claims and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who abuses the bonus entry option by forwarding competition referrals contrary to anti-spam guidelines on the competition website.
The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any and all discrepancies, disputes or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Neither the Promoter nor any of its agents are responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible or incorrectly submitted entries.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any Entrant or Winner, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
PRIVACY:
Any information being collected by the Promoter and the Designated Promotional Partner is for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoter for marketing and promotion of their respective goods and services.
All Winners details will be disclosed to the parties with whom the Promoter has contracted to provide the advertised prize. It is a condition of entry that prize Winners agree to be photographed accepting the prize and agree that the Promoter may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any further payment or compensation to the Winner.
All Entrants give the Promoter their express and indefinite consent to contact them by telephone or email for promotional purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Promoter in writing. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available online or by contacting the Promoter in writing.
