Entry in the Promotion is open to Australian residents, if you are aged under 18 years, you must seek the consent of your parent or legal guardian before entering this Promotion.
Employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter, its associated companies/subsidiaries, Participating Outlets and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter this Promotion.
“Employees” means any directors, management, employees, concessionaires, consultants, officers and
contractors or other such people who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment.
“Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.

If an Eligible Entrant complies with steps (a) – (b) above and their entry is deemed valid (in accordance with Validation clauses below), they will receive an email to the email address provided as part of
their Eligible Entry within two (2) business days of submission of the entry (“Game Email”). The Eligible Entrant must then follow the links in the Game Email to click to reveal an Instant Prize from the prize pool in Annexure-A (“Instant Prize”) before the conclusion of the Game Period (11.59pm AEDT on 29/10/2018). If the Eligible Entrant does not access the links in the Game Email to reveal their Instant Prize before the conclusion of the Game Period, their opportunity to claim an Instant Prize will be forfeited and no substitute prize or compensation will be offered.
Total value of all instant prizes available to be won in the promotion is up to: $437,412.00.
Important Notes:
(a) Some Instant Prizes are not available to be won during the whole Promotion, see Annexure-A
for relevant timings.
(b) Each Eligible Entry will only be eligible to win an Instant Prize corresponding to the
Franchise of the Eligible Product purchased, see Annexure-A for Instant Prizes available for
each Franchise.
(c) If it is specified that an Instant Prize must be taken on a specific date or during a specific time
frame and the prize winner advises the Promoter that they are unavailable or unable to partake in the Instant Prize during such periods or dates, that Instant Prize will be forfeited in full and no substitute prize or compensation will be offered. In these circumstances, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, redraw that Instant Prize in accordance with the Second Chance Draw Terms below.
(d) Instant Prize winners are responsible for all ancillary costs and expenses (including travel/ transport, accommodation, insurance, food, beverages, entertainment and spending money) in taking such prizes (unless expressly stated).
(e) Instant Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant prize supplier, including (where relevant), periods of validity, restrictions and limitations of use.
All Instant Prize winners will receive on screen notification of their Instant Prize and Instant Prizes will be sent via the method stipulated in the prize details available at Disney.com.au/shopclickwin Please allow 28 days for prizes to be delivered via post and five (5) business days for prizes to be delivered via email (as the case may be).
All Eligible Entries submitted in the Promotion will have the chance to win an Instant Prize as per above (depending on the Franchise of the Eligible Product purchased – see Annexure A) and receive one entry into the relevant prize draw at the conclusion of the Promotion (see Major Prize Draws clauses below).
Helloword Travel Limited Bonus Entries: Where the purchase associated with an Eligible Entry
is a Disney theme Park entry ticket, or accommodation or a cruise booking to an eligible “Disney Destination” purchased from Helloworld Travel Limited, the Eligible Entrant will receive a bonus
entry in their selected Major Prize Draw (i.e. the Eligible Entrant under this section will receive two entries into the Major Prize Draw). An eligible “Disney Destination” includes either one of the following destinations:
i. Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California;
ii. Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida; iii. Hong Kong Disneyland Resort;
iv. Disney Cruise Line;
v. Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii; and vi. Disneyland Paris.
To avoid doubt, Tokyo and Shanghai destinations are expressly excluded.
