WIN THE ULTIMATE BABY SHOWER PACK
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over from Australia only and excludes any employees connected with the administration of the competition. The Promoter is lenzo.com.au (ABN 81 603 160 943 ) in association with The Sweet Even Cupcakes (ABN 18 152 006 801), Sketch and Etch (ABN 73 607 963 057), The Hamper Emporium (ABN 97468249424), Bae The Label (ABN 53 605 216 171) and Aggie and Lola (ABN 38873425043).
One entry per person.
Entrants found submitting multiple or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold the prize for violating any of these terms and conditions.
Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win including mobile phone contact number, post code, and email address.
Entrants must live within in Australia.
Entries must be received by the promoter before the competition close date and time.
The Promoter does not take responsibility for late or lost entries.
The competition opens 13/09/18 at 17:00 AEST and closes on 11/10/18 at 11:00 AEST. The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as replacements in the event the winner cannot satisfy these terms and conditions or claim the prize.
The competition will be drawn at 12:00 AEST on the 11/10/18 and the winner will be notified through an email from
hello@lenzo.com.au and through an Instagram post on the account @partywithlenzo at 14:30 AEST the same day (11/10/18).
There is only one prize to be won in this competition to a sole winner. The prize comes to a total of $1,131.00. Details include:

Aggie and Lola Flower Crown. Aggie and Lola Flower Crown. Not to be exchanged or refunded for cash. Valued at $79.00.
LENZO Gift Voucher. LENZO $200 gift voucher valid only on buy now products. Not to be exchanged or refunded for cash. Valued at $200.00.
11. The winner will be notified as to how to claim the prizes.
12. The winner is responsible for ensuring they accept the prize in full and in accordance with these terms and conditions. If The Promoter is unable to contact the winner or if the winner is unable to claim the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize and it shall be awarded to the next valid entry and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
13. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation.
14. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses including the use of prize on offer, is the responsibility of the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if this competition cannot be run as originally planned.
16. The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with or is suspected of tampering with the entry process.
17. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Promoter will not be liable for any technical malfunctions or any consequential loss related to or arising from the participation of this competition.
18. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of The Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received in any forum or social media worldwide. The Promoter, its related entries, and Seed Heritage will collect entrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition, determining and notifying the winner and for direct marketing purposes.
19. By entering this competition, all entrants give consent to lenzo.com.au to contact you for marketing purposes and at times provide you with marketing material that may be of interest to you. We do not sell personal information to other organisations. We may disclose personal information to essential service providers who provide services in connection with our products and services. 20. The prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning(s) and the winner shall be responsible for all taxes. The winner is encouraged to seek independent financial advice prior to accepting the prize on offer.
